I love Elements Landscaping! We have been customers for 6 years and have never been disappointed. Dan rocks and him and Wyatt just made our life so much easier this week with all the work they did making our garden and yard even better than it was before. Jason is full of knowledge about any plant you can think of. Patrick is a really hard worker. You won't be sorry if you choose to work with them. THANK YOU Elements!!

The crew worked hard, paid close attention to detail, and completely transformed our yard into something beautiful. Elements has just completed our backyard and fixed many other problems around the outside. They did an amazing job. They are very knowledgeable about plants and irrigation. They listen to what you want and do their best to creativley execute your ideas. After living here for thirty years and using other landscapers it feels good to finally find a good one.

Frankly, I took a risk picking a landscaper out of the blue on Google. Finding a landscaper through word of mouth was not working for me and thank goodness for it — I hit a home run with Jason and his team at Elements Landscaping! It was late in the season when I hired Elements, and they still began work a week early! Additionally, my sprinkler’s backflow preventer failed its annual test earlier in the spring, and they replaced it with a better alternative as they re-did my sprinkler system, which they left on during the project so my yard wouldn’t brown up. They started each day on time and cleaned up before they left and the results are amazing! Jason, give Dan and his team a fat bonus! Also a shout out to the folks at New Leaf Nursery who were also a joy to work with as they helped Jason and I select our plants. A happy customer? You bet I am! A return customer? Absolutely!

This is our 2nd fantastic experience with Jason and Elements. We had a retaining wall done two years ago, and when we had the paver patio done in May, Dan and Nick were back!!! Trevor might have been new to us? Anyway, the patio is beautiful, and ties our new deck stairs back to the house. Dan and Nick had great ideas and did a beautiful job. They show up, clean up and take great pride in doing an exceptional job. If I could give 6 stars, I would! Also, the office does a fantastic job of communicating as well. I look forward to more projects in the future, and can't recommend the highly enough.

Highly recommend. Contracted to plant several arborvitaes & remove tree/grind stump. Great communication with Jason. Dan & Nick were very professional, knowledgeable & did a fantastic job! Cleaned up thoroughly after each day. Will definitely use Elements again for any of my yard needs.

Would show up. Stand around for 5 minutes and leave without doing anything. Constantly lied about sprinkler blow outs being done and backflow tests. Do not hire this company. Edit: company dropped us due to bad review, they didn’t try to resolve their screw ups and damage to property, they just called and dropped us. To add on to the many issues here are some of the big ones: 1. Gate latch was broken after over a year of service and having to show the employees how to properly open and shut it. It occurred after they had done the service and was not broken prior. 2. Employees dug out and removed sandbags on other gate that were there to prevent pets getting out, this was after latch had been broken when they were explicitly told by the occupants not to use that gate. 3. Employees would show up and “work” but would be observed by us who occupied the residents to sit in their vehicle for about 20 minutes, put the billing statement on the door, and then proceed to leave without completing any work paid for. 4. The employees would constantly leave the gates to the backyard unlatched or opened after having been told several times to make sure they are secure so the dogs do not get out. They willfully ignored requests to do this on many occasions where myself or other occupants would return home to find the gates unlatched or wide open many times. 5. There have been an overgrowth of weeds not in grassy areas the entire time the company was under contract and it was never addressed even though myself and the current occupants had mentioned it to the employees many times. According to billing it said they do weed control and the owners were billed for it but there was always an overgrowth and still weeds in the lawn. 6. Company employees showed up today on 12/05/2024 claiming to be doing “Early Fall Cleanup, weeding, fertilizing”. It is winter already and no clean up or fertilization was done. The billing statement said the work was done at 11:18 AM but the occupants were outside receiving a new appliance delivery at said time and no Elements employees were at the property. I will be adding photos of damages and other ignored instructions as soon as I can take them. These is all true statements, and I am not going to take down this honest review because I am protected by the Consumer Review Fairness act having been the occupant of the home the services were supposed to be provided at for the majority of the contract times.
