Idaho Gopher Control was absolutely incredible to work with. Our gopher problem escalated fast — what started as a small nuisance turned into a major headache almost overnight. I reached out, and they prioritized getting out to our property as soon as possible. That responsiveness alone gave us a lot of confidence. They were professional, thorough, and clearly knew what they were doing. After the initial service, things improved significantly. When we did experience a small reemergence, they stood behind their work and came back out at a discounted rate without hesitation. That level of integrity and customer care is rare. Special shoutout to Andrew — he was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We had a horrible gopher and vole infestation and Idaho Gopher Control has done a fantastic job eradicating them. We knew it was going to take some time to completely eliminate them but we are getting close. The office staff and technicians have been so helpful. The technician is always respectful and professional. They are great to work with in every way. We have an acre with part of it in pasture and I don't think there's anyone better than Idaho Gopher Control. We highly recommend them.

Such a great company! Veteran owned and so great to work with. He is very thorough and was sure to find every mound in our very large, overgrown pasture. Haven't had any gophers return so far!

We have a backyard on the Ridenbaugh Canal. We always have gophers every year that come and try to take up residence behind our fence and come into our garden and eat up things! We have used Idaho Gopher Control for 3 years with great success! 🙌 We are on the lookout for new mounds outside our fence on the ditch bank and when we spot new digging we call Idaho Gopher Control! One year we didn't have to call Idaho Gopher Control because we didn't have new mounds for the second year either. Highly recommended and pet safe.

Can’t even get a callback. I called three times on Friday, starting at 9am when they are supposed to open. Finally got someone around noon. She said she would look at the schedule and call me back. Never got a call back. It’s now almost noon on Monday and I still can’t get anyone to answer the phone. If you open at 9, you should start answering the phone at 9. I’m going to call someone else.

These folks do a great job! Have used them twice on our 10 acres. Gophers are gone from the treated areas. Highly recommended!

Amazing service from Idaho Gopher Control. They showed up the same day I called and took care of the problem for an incredible price. I cannot overstate how efficient and affordable Idaho Gopher Controls is.

While Andrew does excellent work, and guarantees his work, Melinda has a serious problem returning phone messages , even though her voice mail says she will return your call. I have left several messages over the last few weeks and have not had 1 return phone call. My Gopher problem still isn't resolved. That's a terrible way to run a business! Update: I talked to Andrew and he was kind enough to get things resolved with the phone calls and to update me on improvements happening behind the scenes. He does excellent work and I'll continue using him in the future.

Love this family owned business. We really needed help getting rid of voles in our backyard and they were right on it. Super quick to respond and to set up a date. Would 100% use them again. Thank you!

We had a gopher tearing up our backyard. I tried traps and poison pellets with no luck. These guys brought their machine had the problem taken care of in about 30 minutes. Its been a few weeks and so far no sign of any gopher activity. If another gopher ever does move in, I'll save myself the headache and call these guys first.

Great service. We had an infestation. I bought a Gofer Heaven machine and wasted my money. We will use Idaho Gofer Control.. hanks Andrew!

One time trip and done! Have seen any moles, voles or gophers!

They did not remove the gophers. They are still digging up my grass. I guess I did not read the warranty. The warranty isn't that they will get rid of the gophers, instead that they will make a second treatment of the same. Now they want another $75 to come out again. Why would I do this??? Their treatment did not work !!!

I called Idaho Gopher Control when I had some gopher mounds appear in my small backyard in Garden City. I called another pest service and Idaho Gopher Patrol charged far less than this other company. Erin, who I initially spoke with was friendly and quite helpful. John arrived on time and was able to work me into his schedule a few days early. The service didn't involve any trapping or digging up of the yard and took only about half an hour one day and not multiple trips out to the house to check traps. It's been about a week and no new gopher mounds.

It worked! A gopher was going back and forth between our yard and the neighbor's. We tried poison and Juicy Fruit gum (my grandma swore by it) to no avail...just more mounds of dirt in our yard. Called Idaho Gopher Control and they came out and put that gopher into a blissful, everlasting sleep. Very reasonable cost, wish I'd called them in the first place.

Timely and professional work!

If you have a gopher problem, HIRE JOHN. Do not waste your time and money on other pest control companies in the Treasure Valley. I hired Treasure Valley, they use bait, takes at least 2 weeks. Envi Pest uses traps. I trapped one they trapped zero. I still have one to two gophers left. John arrived and 30 minuets later problem solved. I SHOULD HAVE HIRED IDAHO GOPHER CONTROL FIRST!!!
