I was riding with my kid and we almost ran over this middle aged man playing with his RC car on the side of Lancaster road. Can’t believe this is Senske Services nowadays. 1 star, if I could rate lower I would.

I’ve noticed this Senske truck in my neighborhood at the same place every day 3 or 4 times a day. This looks a little suspicious to me. He carries a gas jug quite often, do you guys even pay for their gas? Do you guys even work during the day? If you’re just going back and forth to your house every day must not be getting much done.

Zero stars, will definitely not be back. It's like you have 4 different offices and a driver, and no one knows what the other office is doing.

I'm extremely disappointed with Senske's service, especially since they switched me from pay-per-service to an upfront payment plan. I've been charged twice now, and they have not shown up to do the work I'm paying for. My appointments keep getting rescheduled without any notice, and no one has come out to my property. I called their office to request a credit for the payments I've made since no service has been rendered. I was told a manager would call me back, but that call has never come. Instead, I woke up this morning to yet another charge on my account, and still no service. This is completely unacceptable. They are charging me for a service they are not providing, and their customer service has been unresponsive to my legitimate concerns.

Tried scheduling our sprinkler system turn on. Never came out, never called. I called back they said they would let a supervisor know. Still no call and never came out. Then after several weeks I tried one more time. They were apologetic and said they would put a rush on it and notify a supervisor. A week later…. Crickets. Moving on…. I don’t recommend this place and am shocked that they have good reviews.

This is the 2nd year I've used Senske. I used them about 7 year ago at my old house and they started out good, but the service gradually got worse. I decided to give them another try in my new home. Last year the service was great and the lawn looked beautiful. This year, the first spray did nothing. They sprayed for only weeds, no fertilizer. The spray didn't knock down the weeds at all. The second service they hand spread fertilizer from a hand held spreader. There were green patches where the fertilizer hit the ground, but the majority of the lawn is still not green. The technician wrote that he "spot treated," the weeds, but the weeds are still there, especially the clover. I am very disappointed with Senske and will never use them again.

Their work is good however, I am leaving a negative review as we experienced a terrible customer service when tried to cancel our service. Only the new service agents answer the calls and no one answering at the canceling dept. They kept telling us we need to talk to an agent at the canceling dept. when there is no one answering or returning our calls for 2 days. We have never experienced this before. Very poor customer service and communication.

If I could give this company a zero star review I would. Had my sprinklers winterized by this company last year and told the technicians where everything was at. LOW AND BEHOLD the technician that winterized my system last year DIDN'T TURN OFF THE SPRINKLER VALVES AND THEY WERE RUNNING AND FREEZING ALL WINTER! I have never seen such disrespect and incompetency from a "professional" company in all my life. THREE OF MY SPRINKLER BOXES ARE COMPLETELY DAMAGED AND IT'S ALL THIS COMPANIES AND THEIR TECHNICIANS FAULTS! I DROPPED 4.1K BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WINTERIZE MY SYSTEM PROPERLY! This caused my house to have water pressure issues once the weather started to get nicer outside and the issue became apparent. I thought my well pump was going out, but I had to call a well company out and spend money to fix what I thought was the issue when it really wasn't the real issue. I bought a brand new water pressure tank (when I thought I needed it, but really didn't). I WASTED A LOT OF TIME, ENERGY, AND MONEY BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR INCOMPETANCE. I will never use Senske again. THEY SHOULD PAY FOR THE DAMAGE THAT THEY DID TO MY SYSTEM. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

We set up a reaccuring service with Senske to have all of our weed and feed/pests taken care of. We started service 2 months ago and have had 5-6 appointments set up and canceled without notice(they only showed once). This wouldn't be that big of a deal except it's an all day appointment and we lock our dogs up as they told us to do when we signed up for service. If they just called and let us know they can't make it that would be fine but they do not. Today same thing it's 5pm and they didnt show, dogs are locked up all day. I called the customer service they were super nice but they let me know that they had rescheduled the appointment for tomorrow and never called or text again. If you have dogs that are in and out of the backyard this is not the service for you. I'm guessing the next treatment was for weeds as our backyard still has weeds and normaly we do not have any. This second appointment started getting scheduled over 2 weeks ago and they still haven't made it out. I'm bummed cause I was looking forward to not having to do it this year oh well.

I have gone back and forth with Senske supervisors for the past month or so, trying to get them to make this right prior to posting a public review. We have paid over $5000 in the past year on pest, lawn, weed management, and tree management. Only to find out that our trees were not on a "fruit tree management" package and were instead on a total tree management package. 3 out of 4 trees being sprayed are fruit trees... I have no idea why they wouldn't be treating them as fruit trees. So all of our cherries were full of worms this year. When I brought this to their attention, I was told they could at least come out and spray the plum tree still to try to protect the fruit. That took three weeks before a supervisor came out and said that actually plums don't usually get worms in them... Which seems like a way to justify that nobody came out to spray it after they were supposed to three weeks prior. My other issue has been with managing the weeds. Our rock beds look terrible with 2' weeds popping up all over the place. And once again, I was told that this would be resolved and that someone would come pull the weeds. Nobody has, now a month later. The "offer" being made is for me to reactivate my account and commit to another $5000 for the next year, so that I can have services comped. Why would I continue to pay and assume that they will now actually do what they say they will do, when they haven't been for the past year? I am requesting that the tree and weed management services be reimbursed, and that has not happened yet. It seems like pretty terrible customer service. I will gladly adjust this review if a manager is actually willing to make it right and reimburse me for services I paid for that were not actually done.
