Jeremy came and sprayed for ants, which we have had a problem with for sometime now. He was very thorough around our entire property and found where the ants originated from. He sprayed outside and inside the house and is confident that we have gotten a handle on the ant problem now.

Had a couple issues and misunderstandings initially with this company but their owner did their absolute best to make amends and has since apologized for any miscommunications.

We had Candor out last week to do our initial service. Levi listened to our concerns and problem areas we've noticed and explained how they treat our property. He took the time to treat our house as a unique situation and not just a spray and dip like other companies. Communication has been fantastic and we look forward to having them out next. As someone with 15 years of experience in residential service, this is how you do it.

Got RATS??? I didn't wait until I had them and have never any so far - I had Jordan at Candor Pest Control come out last week and re-check my rat bait boxes (I have one on each side of my house) as part of their service I signed up for a year ago. They re-check the boxes every 3 months and refill if the bait has been eaten by the rats. (The rats will eat it and go off to die somewhere else.) I have had NO issues or signs of rats in the one year that I have had their service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Worth the $35/month peace of mind!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Levi came out, was on time. Took alot of care and time explaining everything, and spent a good amount of time addressing all my concerns. I would recommend this company to anyone on the fence about pest control. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jordan at Candor Pest Control was absolutely awesome. He went above and beyond helping us with our pest problem—even though he doesn’t technically service our area up in the mountains. He took the time to answer questions, explain what was going on, and make sure we had a solid plan moving forward. Super knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about helping people. If you’re anywhere near his service area, Candor Pest Control is the real deal. Highly recommend.

Jordan was awesome! I called on a Friday afternoon not expecting to be helped, but he was there in less than 30 minutes. We had a giant wasp nest hiding in the ground. They were completely gone after the treatment and never returned. Jordan even followed up a few days later to ensure it was taken care of. Will definitely be using Candor in the future!

We’ve always had a wasp problem & lately spiders are everywhere 🙃 Candor came right out and took down all the wasp nests and spider webs - excited for all the creepy crawlies to be gone. Levi did a great job & was so kind. Even cleaned out my son’s playhouse from all the spiders.

Levi and candor pest control all together were literally as top notch as a company could be. From communication, to timeliness to job overall they get an 11/10. Highly recommend this company to anybody. I wish I had a before photo because it was horrifying. Like just gross web and bug galore and here’s an after. Back to the shiny white beautiful home we bought.

Never called after they fixed what was messed up. Never came back out like promised and still have spiders and earwigs and want money still. This is my 3rd complaint. Not supposed to keep me in contract after the 2nd. Poor customer service.
