He prompted me to walk him around my property to point out the areas of concern and proceeded to do his own assessment to ensure that all our problematic pest issues were identified and taken care of. He did a thorough job inside and out, and proceeded to explain future services to me and all of the things that I should be aware of related to the treatments. The pest control price was very reasonable and well worth it!

The men from Sawtooth Pest Control always do a great job. Dustin was my service technician today - as usual, a thorough and courteous service!

The guys that came out today were very thorough and were willing to check everywhere I wanted for insects and critters. I would recommend Sawtooth! I do think it’s helpful to be home when they come so you’re able to speak face to face with the person who is servicing your house.

I’ve only had my first service, so can’t really give a substantial review because I need to see how things pan out. Still, I’m grateful to Austin for treating my property today and look forward to seeing the results of his treatment!

I recently canceled my service with Sawtooth after 3 years. I had been satisfied up to the most recent dealings. After a long back and forth conversation with the rep on the phone I decided to confirm that I wanted to terminate my contract and was promised a refund for the last service which was not fully completed and was actually canceled prior to visit . Unfortunately; I have not seen my refund and it's been over a week now. I was not going to originally leave this review even though I was not very happy about how our conversation actually went where I was basically told I never canceled the service and thus why they showed up. I was bothered by the insinuation that I was lying and proceeded to show the text messages proving such. The actual pest service seems to be fine and their technicians apparently do a good job but I will also admit never having any on sight dealings with them since it was always done while I was at work. Anyway before my call ended I was also pointed out how they have a 5 star rating and how I won't find a better price or company in the valley. I guess not everyone gets 5 star treatment after all.

Technician was friendly and completed the work efficiently.

We've been using Sawtooth for about a year now, and they have been pretty good. Lately we've had heavier than normal insects and they came out today and did a thorough spray, inside and out.
