Brett was very professional. He showed up on time, was very careful to not track dirt into our house and seemed to do a very thorough treatment in and around the outside of our house.

Had an inspection done last month. They were wonderful. Answered every question I had. Talked me threw what they were looking for. gave me quotes for any and everything I inquired about. Very reasonably priced as well. Very nice people!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Ax pest control. Last year Insight pest control showed up at my house claiming they could help with voles. So we used Insight Pest Control for a year, and honestly, they weren’t as good as our previous company, Ax Pest Control. Insight charged quite a bit more, and they were never able to get the voles under control. On top of that, we had to call them back to re-spray because bugs were still showing up inside the house. I couldn’t cancel because the contract stated that I was committed for the year. Or pay the year out. Which wasn’t explained when I signed the contract. With Ax Pest Control, I never had those issues. They were always upfront and honest with me about what pests they could treat and what they couldn’t, and I appreciated that. Their service was reliable and I never had bugs in the house with them. Definitely a huge difference in experience! So learn from my mistake and just use Ax pest control.

No mice! Hardly any flies! Those both are MIRACLES for us living in rural Idaho. Ax has been coming out to our house for 5 years now, and they stay right on schedule, keeping our home bug and pest free. They are quick to do a touch up service if I have any flare-ups, and super fast. I like that I don't have clean up and move furniture. So easy!! Did I say NO MICE? THAT'S AWESOME!

Being a new customer, I called toward the end of the day on a Monday to ask about their services and they were able to get me on the schedule for the next morning. I was treated like I had been a customer for years by all of the crew members that I spoke to. When Mike came to do the spraying he took the time to explain everything he was doing and answer all the questions I had. I switched from doing the one time service to the quarterly service and am extremely happy I did. And the best part is they are local so we know the money we paid them will stay in the community. This is the first year in Pocatello that I haven’t had one box elder bug. Last year they were everywhere including coming in my house. We decided to have Ax Pest Control come out and treat and they are gone, I am so happy. We have chickens, tortoises, dogs, and cats, so I was nervous about doing this. Brett and Sarah have been so great making sure to stay away from certain areas and being very mindful of all my concerns for my animals. Great company, would definitely recommend!

I avoided pest control for years because I rent my home but after my dog had a reaction to a spider bite I decided it was time. Ax was awesome! Sheila their office manager got me on the schedule right away and it was an affordable price for me.
