I ordered on Thursday july 30th a fedex label was created and shipment sits in mount joy PA so now it's Monday I call them I say why hasn't the order shipped they give me Some excuse that it was almost Friday so no one felt like doing their job that day and say it will definitely ship out today now it's now Tuesday evening going on Wednesday still in PA hasn't shipped yet best thing is I am on a very hard deadline and now I'm an entire week out wasting my time with them not even shipping the product they already have my money for I will again call tomorrow ask them to overnight it or get my money back there prices are good so it seems but taking a week to ship an item is unacceptable as a business owner I would not do business with them again and would recommend you take your business elsewhere maybe you pay a little more but won't get the run around

Somebody stole my debit card information and made a purchase here for $148.33. How is it possible that they don’t require confirmation from the cardholder when processing online card payments? In Europe, it’s standard practice to require confirmation via online banking for online payments over $25. I don’t understand why they don’t have 3D Secure for online card payments.
