They did a garage/crawl space exclusion and were top notch. Very thorough and went beyond expectations to insure the job was done right. They are so easy to schedule and work with. I highly recommend!

Crocodile Dave and crew are amazing! Their attention to detail cannot be surpassed. I have used their services in the past and will continue to call them as needed. My entire crawl space is sealed tightly. Not only did they discuss ahead of time what they planned to do they then showed me what they did with pictures and a final findings given. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Courtesy, professionalism and delivery are all an intregal part of their company. Highly recommend!!!!!

Crocodile Dave's crew did a great job of repairing the places where rodents were getting into my house. They arrived on time, gave me a thorough explanation of what they found, showed me photographs, and demonstrated where the repairs were made. Honestly, the repairs were so seamless that I wouldn't have been able to find them on my own. They not only cleaned up their jobsite, they even blew the leaves off my porch and my front walk after they were done! I have used this company on two occasions, and I highly recommend them to anyone with pest problems.

I highly recommend Crocodile Dave. I used their services many years ago at my first house when uninvited furry guests moved in. When we bought our current house- we had Crocodile Dave come out for an inspection. Some holes were sealed up. Fast forward many years and a recent modest home renovation and new roof. When I saw a few droppings inside - I did not hesitate & called Crocodile Dave. Response was prompt and scheduling service was easy. Yasmany & Eloiber arrived on time and provided a professional introduction. Their plan for the day was explained to me. They spent the day securing various points of entry on my house…areas that the contractor and roofers left compromised. Once completed, I was shown the before & after pictures. Wow! I know I’ll sleep much better tonight knowing everything is secure!!

Dave’s team of experts came out promptly, assessed the problem, and identified multiple unsealed entry points leading to the issue. They took photos, walked me through the entire assessment and showed me what was discovered, addressed my questions, prepared a quote on the spot, and scheduled me immediately. I reached out when I found definite signs of a rats in my new place immediately after moving in. Imagine my shock when they said they couldn’t even come for an inspection for a month. Not even fixing it- just see what’s going on. The $45 inspection fee was reasonable enough, but not the delay. I guess that’s one way to get more money out of people, with the way rodents breed! We could have had a whole rat colony by now. I have cancer and am on chemo, and have children. Living with scurrying little disease vectors is exceptionally not safe. And, of course, they cause constant property damage on top. I even brought up the details in response and the risk, and the lady was basically like- that’s what we have, “peak rodent activity” take it or leave it. If you don’t book now it could be even longer. I declined and went elsewhere, and actually found an amazing price and quality (prompt!) service with a company that was absolutely horrified to hear the delay that was suggested for verified rats when I mentioned how thankful I was they came immediately. Caught a number of roof rats and no new rats could come in. The appointment for the inspection they said in early January was the best they could do just hit a couple days ago, and I’ve already been living rat free for several weeks already.

They did a great job! Rey gave us a very complete list of things to take care of, they did great quality work (even went above and beyond on a few things not included in the original quote), and I love the summary photos. Highly recommended.

Gave Dave a call after hearing noises in the attic. He came out the next day. Was very thorough and informative. Found 3 squirrels in the attic and evidence of recent bats! Gave me a quote and they started the following day with work. As you can see from the picture, they caught two "teenaged" squirrels, but the mom had passed in the attic between Dave's quote and work starting. They even removed and cleaned out the nest. Bye-bye squirrels and bats, don't bother trying to return cause we're locked down like Fort Knox! Thank you, Dave and crew, for being so quick and efficient!
