Arrow exterminators (Tucker)- Service and customer service has gone drastically down since my last review. I have emailed to schedule my quarterly pest control the last two quarters and both time no response to work on scheduling a time to accommodate my schedule to provide inspection and any services needed both exterior and interior. Then a tech shows up at the door when I had no schedule time agreed on and was not available to let tech access. Arrow then proceeds to bill for service. No call

After two treatments a month apart. I was still having to kill at least one cockroach every day. I never once found a dead insect. When I tried to have them come out for a third respray, they said a service manager would call me back in a few hours and that they would be able to get someone to my house by the end of the week. Nobody called me back. I called again the next day to make sure they knew to reach out to me and they set me up with an appointment the next day. The next day comes and no
