Arrow Exterminators

Received service I was not happy with and was sent an email by Arrow to leave a review. I left the review as requested and was called hours later by a "senior manager" named Trent. Trent was extremely hostile on the phone, berated me and chastised me for leaving a poor review, would not let me finish a sentence and was extremely unprofessional. The folks there are nice. Unfortunately, they are not honest. The “free” termite inspections are simply a trick to sell expensive treatment. Arrow said we had an active infestation. We paid for two separate inspections from another company. They cleared us just fine both times. When we questioned Arrow about their findings, they sent a picture of a crawl space that wasn’t even from our house. With “free” inspections, Arrow can’t afford to be honest. Totally deceitful practices!

I will absolutely recommend Arrow in Toccoa to everyone! We had HUNDREDS of Joro spiders all over our cabin, to the degree that I couldn’t even get out on the deck. We also had an issue with carpenter ants. We ended up having our home and cabin treated and the amount of time they spent and attention to detail was far above any other service we’ve ever used! I can’t even adequately express how grateful I am! Thank you Larry and Terry!
