The previous home owner had service set up with this company and they sent a Salesman over to quote me continued service. That is all fair and well, but I did not sign up for their service. Both our home & our business are protected by American Pest Control. We’ve been satisfied customers for many years for several reasons. They “show up” monthly & quarterly, as scheduled. They call before they arrive to let us know they’re on their way to my house, so I can put my dogs up. They’re very thorough in their service, treating all areas of the property, both indoors & outside. They’re still mail a statement & allow us to remit payment monthly by check through the mail. I will absolutely recommend Arrow in Toccoa to everyone! We had HUNDREDS of Joro spiders all over our cabin, to the degree that I couldn’t even get out on the deck. We also had an issue with carpenter ants. We ended up having our home and cabin treated and the amount of time they spent and attention to detail was far above any other service we’ve ever used! I can’t even adequately express how grateful I am! Thank you Larry and Terry!

Have been getting general insect extermination/prevention twice a year for 2+years. They are personable and quick. What they use doesn't bother me like other chemical treatments. One time they also discovered yellow jackets in an exterior wall and were able to eliminate and made sure hadn't reached my attic. Highly recommend.
