Both our home & our business are protected by American Pest Control. We’ve been satisfied customers for many years for several reasons. They “show up” monthly & quarterly, as scheduled. They call before they arrive to let us know they’re on their way to my house, so I can put my dogs up. They’re very thorough in their service, treating all areas of the property, both indoors & outside. They’re still mail a statement & allow us to remit payment monthly by check through the mail. The previous home owner had service set up with this company and they sent a Salesman over to quote me continued service. That is all fair and well, but I did not sign up for their service.
