Amazon approved our return for an item from this seller & told us we did NOT need to send it back. I don't understand why, but Amazon does this sometimes and our job is to follow what Amazon says. This seller harassed me w/ messages saying to return it (against what Amazon said)/ship it ourselves---at our own cost. Amazon already refunded us at that point. I called Amazon and they said "sorry, we'll deal with them." Waste of time! We will never buy from them again.
