Tech is not applying treatment evenly. My yard looks healthy one side and the other doesn't look treated at all.

The front yard looks pretty good due to weed control but have not seen any growth with shrubs. It appears as though the treatment is inefectivo or the tech is not doing a thorough job of treating the shrubs

Lawn is looking much worse than before… weeds have been growing at a much faster rate than before and look very green. The website says I need to wait 21 days after the first application till I start seeing the effects; so I will be back to update this review after 14 more days. As of now… not great. I really hope I can come back and change this to a 5 star review. I’ve already paid for the full year of service and I would love to continue using Grass Roots.
Andre is phenomenal. He actually knows the products he’s using. He’s such a good dude I’m glad he’s the one coming out and helping my lawn get back to 100%. Any question you may have he will answer! Only thing is with Grassroots is , Andre seems to be the only one that actually works. Very tough to get the company to send someone out during the months being charged since it feels like only one person comes out to the actual houses. That is the reason for my 3 stars. ANDRE IS 5 STARS!
Andre..look down the driveway..weeds have returned..this spot always gets overlooked
Bad customer service!! When people ask for money upfront without even completing a service that's an indicator. Dude came to my house and without talking to me or explaining to me what he was going to do he sprayed my lawn or did he??After which my new grass started to die and my weeds/ crabgrass grow out of control. After doing a terrible service they proceeded to close my account after taking my money and said once they provided the weed control there was nothing they could do for me because I had no grass and they had no way of growing my grass back. It's the stupidest thing I've ever experienced from a lawn company who claims they don't know how to grow back grass?! And because I asked for the video footage that they claim they had to provide of the treatment they decided to not give me any more service and closed the account.
I signed up to do business with them the end of June to the first week in July. After my initial it took me to call back to find out when their person was coming out to give me my quote. Finally they sent someone out. he gave me a quote on the price I was going to be charged each time my lawn was serviced. I had to give them a card to be placed on file that they would use for payment. They charged my card $85.60 the 1st of July stating I would be serviced 1 to 7 days later. They had not serviced my lawn within the time frame and came up with excuse. I told them to cancel me and refund my money to my account. They said okay, I would see it back in my account in 2- 3 days. It's now the 25th of July and still haven't received my money. It lead me to believe they are a shady company to do business with.
I ordered this service and they told me I would get a phone call before they arrived and consultation on my first visit. Then I got an email that stated my yard had been treated. I was home and none of my cameras picked up anyone at the house but there was a sign posted in my yard that they had sprayed. I called and requested the video (which they advertise is available) The customer service was nice but they kept telling me they contacted the local owner to call me back. After a week of calling and 2 return calls promising to pull the tape and send it to me they admitted they could not locate the recording. When I cut grass my cameras go off like 20 times its hard to believe they sprayed the yard and did not set off the camera once. They finally agreed to refunded my money and I cancelled my service.
