DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Pay $73 a month for pest & termites under contract i CAN NOT cancel unless i pay the reminder balance. JUST for them to come out ONCE every 3 months & their product DOESN'T KEEP NOTHING AWAY!! Edit: Haven't been contacted like the reply from Northwest suggested. Their pest control DOES NOT WORK!! If you have a pest control PLEASE invest into a pull in wall ultrasonic. That was the ONLY thing that helped with our spider problem!

The technician that came Carlos was one of the best techs that came this morning 3/15/23. Was extremely satisfied with what he did in my place today. Any issues or concerns he actually listened and went above and beyond. If you get with this company, request Carlos! **As for customer service aspect, not happy at all, in fact they cost me more money in the end. Hopefully the products will work. Had a contract and cancelled my contact because I had to reschedule because my autistic 8 year old had RSV and COVID, so had to redo estimate and they charged me more. Don't feel like I should pay more for their mistakes.**

This company locks you into a contract for a whole year. If you need to cancel for whatever reason, they keep deducting the payment that you were “signed a contract to”. However they will stop spraying, even though you communicate that, if you want to charge, then you better come spray. Come out and spray your poison everywhere if you want to take my money. Even if the spray doesn’t work that great. But you do not get to take it for nothing. I don’t get paid for not working. I don’t know anyone that does. This is very wrong. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges until the day my “contract” expires, and in the meantime I will also post about this business practice. This business runs on sanctified theft.
