If I could give 0 stars I would. I cannot fathom why they have higher than 2 stars let alone 4. This company has the worst possible customer service and are the biggest scam my husband and I have ever experienced. This is the second time that we have received an email for a completed service that we are paying for when no one came to our house. My husband and I are currently home full time with our newborn and we are being taken advantage of. You are stupid if you sign a contract with them. They

John was VERY helpful, respectful, he listened to everything I said & he was VERY informative from our first call to the time he showed up for our first service I feel VERY CONFIDENT this the issue I’m having in my home will gradually become better & honestly eventually nonexistent.
