Bug House Pest Control

I was with Bug house in Madison Ga for over 5 years. They switched to a text service that is "automated". My phone does not receive these texts. This was mentioned to a Male Manager. He and another person tried to send it out while speaking to them to see if I received the text message. I did not. I asked for a call. It didn't happen. Next service date, a tech out when I wasn't home, no note left, no communication. I had no idea until I received the bill. They don't document when speaking people, though always professional on the phone. How do you not communicate with a customer you have had for over 5 years. No call from a Manger to find out why I canceled. Just apologies from the gals trying to collect the money. This company has no issues calling for money, but can't call to schedule tech visits Communication went down hill after automated text which I don't receive. Customer service goes along away, but apparently not for this company. They send techs out when no one is home and fail to communicate.

They are very diligent and professional. They provide great service.

Worst of the worst! Stay away and use a different company for your sake. This company was used by previous owner of the house I purchased. After the year was up, I told them I would rather not used them and switch to arrow. The arrow company came to my house removed all of the baits and installed new one for me and removed all the old baits from bug house set them aside so it be easier to remove for bug house. Instead, bug house came and withdraw all my new baits for termite... After new year, arrow came out to check the baits and guess what nothing inside but scan in. I called bug house to confirm which they did confirm of the removal of baits. By the way make no sense the old one already placed aside for you so why remove new one and not scan to be sure it your property and not the owner. They send me to manager Lee which refused to do anything and said it wasn’t his fault or the companies. He than proceeded to tell me it your fault... wow I was stunned when I heard that from a manager. I proceed to ask him to confirm that he took baits from a different company which I paid out of my pockets and he said no I will not. He forward to call the technician that provided the service. The technician said directly from Lee “ I don’t remember that way it was a year ago.” Lee than proceed to tell me he make the choice and nothing he willing to do. This all could be fix by reimbursing me the money for the product you took from another company. I paid 275 each year to protect my house and got rob by this company that refuses to cooperate in any kind of way. The whole house not a single trap but one left behind by bug house which I took a photo to show you guys the difference between new and old. The crystal white one are new new and dirty one clearly old and dirty. After this please save yourself the time and headache and stay away from this company.

Paid for services they went to wrong house and now whant me to wait a week like it's my fault
