Denise helped me reschedule when work didn’t allow me to meet our initial appointment time. Again awesome customer service. Now on to how they completely lost my business. Calling the company I spoke with Destiny because I had a question, she worked with me and was so polite. Then Mr. Trent came to do the service on my house. He educated me on certain things that could happened to my house (even though it wasn’t going on). At least I know what to be on the lookout for. We went camping and somehow my dogs (or me lol) attracted some fleas. Time to find a better flea prevention for the doggos. :-( Pest Force is super easy to work with from the phone call being answered right away, and a very educational conversation that saved me money, to getting booked and serviced really quickly and efficiently. We've had several pest control companies over the years since moving to Georgia but have never had one as thorough as Pest Force. He explained what he was going to do, didn't disparage previous companies (also a first), cleaned up anything left from what he was doing and asked if I had any questions. I also like that I am supporting a locally owed business.
