Mr IC is always a pleasure when he comes . He kindly ignored my frantic but non-biting dog and I admired his restraint. He always does a great job and clears all the areas with me before he starts which is good because I forgot about the baby chicks my granddaughter had in our outside shed. Thus he was warned and no harm done. After his last visit, I did not see any roaches or bugs for months. I really appreciate his thorough expertise as well as his pleasant demeanor. I just had my first service completed and it was great. Sterling had a great attitude and was very upbeat explaining all of the services that we were getting. He arrived on time within the window that was promised. I don’t know if you guys have permanent people for each part of town but hopefully he’s the person that’s going to be servicing our home, I’m so glad I chose to sign up with you guys!

The young man who has been servicing my property for the past few years is awesome, kind, and professional. He greets me warmly with a smile and secures my gate when he's done. He gives me 24 hour notice when he's coming out to service the property and I feel that is amazing and I appreciate it because I'm not surprised.
