They do not stick to their word, the poor technicians are overworked and under-appreciated which is likely why they do so many things that go against Department of Agriculture rules and regulations. I’ve been a customer of Horne’s/Massey since 1999. I have been consistently pleased by the professional and personable staff that have come out to provide pest control services. I am not particularly scared of bugs, but when it comes to things like mice and other four legged creatures, I don’t feel so confident. the company has gone out of its way to patiently support any efforts to minimize creature intrusion, and any questions that I’ve had have been answered appropriately. Didn’t call when they were going to service our house so they only did the front since our back was blocked (where we really needed them to service). My wife attempted to make it in time to unlock the back but they were long gone. Didn't make note of not being able to get to the back but just wrote down that they serviced the house, which wasn’t true. Called the number to talk to someone who told us we would get a call back from the team here, that didn’t happen either. Will be switching service
