New Owner Stay Away! Don’t let all the good reviews fool you, the average score is high because it contains good reviews from Hargrove, before they were bought by Northwest. I used Hargrove for pest control and my termite bond for 13 years. The employees and service were great. A couple of years ago they were acquired by Northwest. Northwest had no problem accepting the annual renewal fee for my termite bond. Then it came time to sell my house and they refused to issue a termite letter guaranteeing the house free of termites. Even though they said the house was clear, they have a corporate policy that they don’t issue termite letters for homes with wood siding. Note that they never informed me of this. I had called when my house went up for sale giving a heads up that I would need a termite letter. I was told that it won’t be a problem, call when I have a contract on the house. Then once the clock was ticking to my closing date and I needed the letter they dropped this bomb on me.

I highly recommend this company especially because of Mr.D'vaureo's professionalism and help. His customer service and patience in educating me on the inspection was superb. I was very pleased and will be rec'd this company and HIM specifically to my neighbors so we can all protect our homes.

After dealing with another company for over 2 months with an insurance claim for our crawlspace, Northwest Exterminating came in and saved the day! They were able to get more done in one day than the other company got done in 2 months. The crawlspace looks great, and it was nice to have a company that we could trust, thanks to Steven’s professionalism and constant communication throughout the process! If you need a crawlspace encapsulated, give Northwest Exterminating a call and ask for Steven!

We still had fire ants when he left

Great customer service and very accommodating. I needed an inspection done very quickly and they were able to do it for me and gave me a very reasonable price for their services. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Although the price is reasonable, I have noticed more bug activity now than when I didn’t have pest control at all. I’ve paid for them to come out and spray WEEKS after my quarterly treatment more than once. I have had fire ant treatment and fire ants continue to tread inside my home. I just recently had to have the inside of my home sprayed because the rain has been bringing a lot of bugs and I can’t even tell it’s doing anything I’ve still had to use raid/kill them myself. I don’t know if sugar water is in the treatment , attracting them / getting them more business but I’m definitely about to cancel my service . Very disappointed

This was the first extermination service for one of our rental properties under our new business. Pleased with response and expert service. Will probably set up regular service with this company for our rental properties.

No stars for this organization. Please be careful using this inspection company. Very expensive compared to other inspectors, inspectors are not good and not thorough, and the company will not guarantee their work. Avoid this company. Service continues to go downhill for this poor organization. You may be stuck with something that sounded good. Can't trust them.

Hargrove does an awesome job. We are always impressed with the technicians so Friendly and knowledgeable and they take the time to ask us if we are having any problems. Never seem rushed and anxious to do a great job. We have Hargrove do it all house inspections, termite inspection and bug control. We had others but Hargrove is the best.
