Ebenezer Ofori was amazing. He went above and beyond to get the job done right and efficiently. Even though all of my termite traps were covered in mulch, grass, or dirt, he was still able to locate them quickly. He made sure they were all full and correctly put back together. He didn't leave my house till 7:00 PM, so he was able to do all of this in the dark. I wish I could have him come out every time that Pest USA comes to my house. I couldn't respond to your comment about my conversation with your senior tech. I told him that there have been spiders since treatment, and I got some stuff to take care of them myself. I felt I was nice. We just don't want to pay that kind of money for a service that would require us to keep calling you to come out. The reason we hired your company was to check for active roaches. We also took care of that ourselves. I understand we had a contract, so we paid the amount to get out of it.

I was experiencing some rodents in my home. I just recently had a baby and my wife was uncomfortable. I called Team Pest USA and they have been extremely helpful. Jeremy came out and inspected my home. He was very reassuring that Team Pest USA would handle the issue. Brent came out as well and thoroughly informed me of his work and was very nice. I even called to make sure my payment was processed. Mellisa was very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend Team Pest USA to anyone!
