I am currently renting a 3 b/r home in Cobb County. I contacted the property manager about a raccoon that was accessing the attic at night. They sent an inspector from Inspect-All, who I assume gets commission from bringing on accounts. He dismissed the raccoon idea, questioning if it could be squirrels. I’m not an exterminator, but I know squirrels aren’t active at night nor do they access the roof via a downspout. He inspected the attic and took a pic of large animal droppings.Upon inspecting the crawl space he determined there were rats. I have never seen/ heard evidence of rats or their droppings. They got a contract to treat the property for rats and placed a bunch of bait stations around the perimeter. Never addressed the raccoon who continued to enter the attic, waking me up frequently. I took care of the raccoon problem myself weeks later by placing bird spikes on the downspout he was climbing, no thanks to Inspect-All. A tech (just doing his job) came twice to inspect the bait stations and the bait has yet to be touched. Also no dead rats anywhere . Surprise, surprise! I believe this company engages in shady and unethical business practices, getting the landlord to treat for nonexistent rats because people panic when they hear “rats”, while ignoring the real problem, which is more labor intensive to treat.

I’m so frustrated with the unethical values and practices of this company. Stick with me—I want to give you the whole story. I have been with them for 7 years. I stayed with Inspect-All for all of my extermination needs: their annual termite service, my quarterly insect prevention, the exclusion on my house for rodents, and monthly bait traps for rodents. I did the math. I spent over $7k with them total. I have been a very loyal customer and I have counted on their expertise. When rats caused extensive damage to my vehicle earlier this year, I frantically called them. And called again. And called again. No one returned my calls. I called again a fourth time. The admin on the phone swore a manager or a rodent specialist would call me back immediately. There was no call. I called again and requested a service appointment. Still no call. So I canceled all of my services with them. I spent $2k at the car shop repairing my vehicle. When the new company came out, they reported that they weren’t sure of what Inspect-All had been doing that whole time: not only were the bait boxes empty, but it appeared they hadn’t been serviced in months. Then, about a month later, I got a bill from Inspect All. Not only had they not responded to my calls or emails, they supposedly sent someone out to do a pest inspection. They were charging me $81. I spoke with billing. I spoke with billing again. I asked to speak with management. No one ever responded. I decided to let it go and move on. Yesterday, I got a bill from a collections agency. They sent the illegally billed service to collections. I’m a single mom. I’m a teacher. Maybe the $141 they now say I owe doesn’t seem like much and I should just pay. Sadly, I probably will because I have great credit and paying my debts matter to me. But I certainly don’t have anything extra in my budget. Not only do I feel like their company has terrible customer service, but I now feel like they’re stealing money and totally taking advantage of me. I don’t have the time or resources to deal with fighting them. It just makes me incredibly discouraged. I absolutely advise you to stay away from Inspect-All Pest Services. Clearly, they have no issue screwing you over.

Ms Constantine, thank you for taking time to leave us a review. We certainly understand your frustration and getting a second opinion. We did call back in February and we did respond to emails. The issue with the rodents in the car was addressed in February and our tech explained that because you kept your car in a carport, we could not prevent that from happening. He explained the exclusion covered the home and not the car or carport. You were a loyal customer and we do hate to see you go due to this balance, so we have taken that off for you. Thank you again for your time and feedback.
Update: I just canceled my services. There’s been MULTIPLE MONTHS they’ve scheduled my service and had me waiting all day. They never show up, don’t answer the phone, and don’t even fix their errors. When I said that my May service had been canceled twice the only response was “do you want us to cancel your service” Honestly I want you to close because the level of professionalism from the company that is already mediocre at best is just embarrassing. At the very least they need new customer service staff. The ones they have are rude and as a business owner your brand is everything.

They would not respond to my request to remove squirrel from residence while still under contract and told me I needed to fix the problem. I cancelled all my other services with this company. A business that does not honor its contracts is no business at all. Find a reapable company that you can trust.

My partner and I manage properties all over Atlanta and it is important to me to describe the experience I had with this company. I purchased a Rodent warranty after they inspect the home and found evidence of squirrel in the attic, Sincerely they received the payment theycame 3 times for the property and every time sent different random unprofessional young guys that don’t know what they are doing. They supposed to cover up all entry points to the attic to prevent entry of squirrels to the attic, they insured me a few times that they took care of the problem and no squirrels can get in again. The realty is that we are still stock with the the SAME issue as they didn’t know how to cover the entry point correctly and did a temporary fix that last few months. Important for me to say that we are taking very good care of the house and there is new roof as well as drip edge all around the perimeter of the house which should significantly reduce their job. This should have been so simple to fix but they still doing it wrong!! Everything so confusing in their office. Not a real manager to talk to, no one with responsibility. It was so wrong of me choosing them (I also did with them termite bond for the second year which also was a big mistake) Please don’t hire them for any service you need, they only know to take payments and sell you services over the phone and then leave you with same problems! From top to bottom this company is the worst company I have worked with. Very disappointing!!
I want to share the horrible experience I had with this company for over SIX MONTHS ! ! ! I contacted them over six months ago because my tenant heard noises of squirrels coming from the attic, so I contacted this company to come and take care of this issue. For more than a few months they sent people to the property and no one manages to locate the entry points in a professional and orderly manner. Finally after a long period of time they sent me an email saying that they have taken care of the problem and that there is no entry of squirrels into the attic. A few days ago I received a report from my tenant again that the noises still continue so I contacted the company again. The secretary indicated that she would send two people to solve the problem once and for all, in the end they only sent one person again who claimed that he did not have insurance to go up on the roof to take care of this entry point and that they should send a contractor to take care of it. It's just not over! For more then six months I have been dealing with a problem that should have been resolved a long time ago. I paid them $500 for nothing ! ! ! This company has nothing to do with professionalism and service! I suggest everyone stay away from them.
I did the one time pest service for my townhouse. In the past, I used another pest control service and the MINOR ISSUES I had with pest were under control for a one time service fee. I used Inspect All with the same service and I never saw the difference. Called them back and they said I would have to do quarterly maintenance in order or them to back their service. I just threw my money away because their service was inadequate. Update: Thank you Inspect-All for standing behind your service. The serviceman returned and shared what could have been the issue and took care of for me. I am very pleased with my service.

I was informed by the sales person that I was signing up for 1 year but did not know it was 2 years. They came the first time and made me sign a document which I did not know was acknowledging a two year contract. I thought it was permission and acknowledgement of service. I wanted to end after 1 year only for me to realize it was two years and I had to pay $229 to get out of the contract. I left another service to sign up with them for free. Yes it was my fault, I should have read the contract. If I have to read a contract for pest extermination just to make sure the sales person is not telling me the truth then I do not need them. I gladly paid my $229 and would have paid $500 to get out. Stay away from them, there are several others you can go to. I wish they had negetive stars to give. P.S. they do a great job on the first visit then after that it is all smoke and mirrors. Stay away!!!!!!

Not sure what happened as we had good service for 2-3 years since we started with them in 2018, but went way down hill. The Exclusion is a joke. Paid to have the home sealed when we moved in and had issues for the last 2 years with rodents. The last time sealed their fate and we've taken all services elsewhere. Had something active in our basement wall and after initially telling us it would be a week to send someone out, the tech who came a few days later said he saw no entry points, despite me having a video recording of something in the wall. He offered nothing in the way of a solution. A few weeks prior to that, we had them out for bees and the guys stumbled around on the ladder, kept face timing someone else because they had no idea what kind of bees they were. They were also kind enough to drop a can of caulk from the ladder onto the front entry way and just leave the mess. Glad I paid for that (pic attached). Upon trying to contact someone for the exclusion issue, it was impossible. No supervisor or managers are ever at the office, and they don't bother to call you back. I called and told them to refund my exclusion for the last 2 years or I was canceling all services and they still never called me back. Finally when I called to cancel, they asked if I wanted to have someone call me back! Never any call as I expected. Certainly feel cheated out of a good amount of money and that this place doesn't care.

You are only as good as the people you employ! I was a customer of InspectAll for almost 2+ years. We've been fairly happy with their level Of service up until the last 6 months. Something has changed and it's not good. The situation that ended our business relationship: 1. Made an appointment for a Saturday. 2. Technician never shows up. We were home all day, Never came. 3. We assumed something happened, so called next business day to potentially reschedule. 4. Told by customer service agent and technician manager that this particular tech did come, and is exceptional. 5. He pretended to service our home. Logged in and everything that he was there and used a certain amount of equipment and liquids (yes went that far). We were charged. 6. After 3 calls, a few emails, and sharing of security camera footage to further prove he never came, still no apology. Not once. 7. But, We did get the charge reversed. So disappointed and Sad. Bye!
