Arrow Exterminators

My experience has been awful. I called because I just moved in my home after a year of renters who left me some unwanted company. The tech came in for all of 10 minutes (in and out). Never explained to me what he was doing or what he sprayed. I live in a ranch home and my husband and I were home at the time and I honestly never saw the tech spray anything around the baseboards of my house. You think if it's around the whole house you would’ve noticed it. Here I am thinking hiring a professional

Anytime I call, Bre usually answers and always says that Pete will call me back but I never get a call from him. They never get me on the schedule and they always say that Pete is “booked up” . They had me on an automated billing cycle without telling me that and they consistently send me bills without doing any pest services to my home. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Terrible experience, I requested to cancel my yearly renewal and here I am with a 300 dollar bill AFTER having requested that my renewal not be done as well as having my equipment removed from my home. Tells you how much they care about you as a customer, they will do the job regardless if you renew or cancel, bill you and tell you “they will ensure to cancel next time” never again will they have or ever get my business.
