Todd is a terrific technician. He's polite, he listens to my concerns and then addresses them. He's respectful of my home. He even cleaned up all the Joro spider webs outside!

I was with my sister during her call with the Northwest about a billing issue. She’s been a customer for three years and reached out today about confusion on a billing issue stemming from the fact that Northwest doesn’t bill when the service is done— it might be a couple of weeks. During the conversation, the representative began speaking to her in a demeaning tone. My sister calmly asked the woman not to talk down to her, and the representative replied, “I’m not talking down to you—you just don’t understand!” Another woman in the background started laughing. I couldn’t believe they were bold enough to say that. It was humiliating and completely unprofessional. I understand why my sister became upset—anyone would have. I genuinely believe she was disrespected and discriminated against, and no customer should ever be treated that way.

I’ve been a loyal customer for three years. Today, during a billing dispute, I was spoken to in an unprofessional and insulting manner. It was clear from the tone and treatment that I was being disrespected—perhaps because I’m Hispanic. The exchange quickly turned hostile and unacceptable. I have the full recording and will be sharing it publicly. I will never use this service again.

Over priced and poor work. Their wild life department came out to remove bats and the droppings from my attic and put a guard up so they couldn’t get back in. Charged $1200 for what was pretty much chicken wire and only removed part of the bat droppings from 2 of the 3 attic vents. The third vent they didn’t vacuum out anything and also did not staple back the bug mesh back on the inside of the vents that they didn’t attempt to clean. This whole process has taken almost a year and is still not resolved.
Company workers came in very disrespectful and uncaring of the language they were using to describe conditions
I’m not real happy with the “lack of service” I got on my initial visit. For $450 I feel as though my entire home should have been treated but the guy only treated my kitchen. I wish I could say these bugs were only contained to that area but they crawl across the floor in my living room and bar area, along baseboards and even on the walls. No bathrooms were treated with anything except one sticky board in the master bath. I just don’t feel like enough was done at all. Or maybe that’s their concept, just do the bare minimum so they have to keep coming out.

This place charge me $400 come out three times and said because I did not have my stuff out of my covers they couldn’t spray or put bait down around my refrigerator or behind my stove. They said they couldn’t do anything because stuff was not out of my cupboards, they are nothing but a scam charge way more than everybody else, I suggest that you look elsewhere if you’re looking for help with roaches this place does nothing but put boxes down sticky boxes and charge $400 when everybody else does not charge that much Customer service is very poor and when you have a problem with them, they come to the defense instead of owning what they do I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau because I feel like they are scamming people they come out here three times said they did something, and I pulled out my refrigerator and my stove to clean behind it yesterday and there was nothing but eggs everywhere Didn’t do one thing but put down sticky boxes Told him I want my money back because they didn’t do the work and they told me no

Dishonest and unethical practices. As a homeowner when you're selling your home they force you to pay for a termite bond, even if they do not find any signs of termites (past or present). Run far away from this company.

They stopped showing up out of nowhere and kept billing me for months. I call customer service to cancel and complain but the lady said I requested for a no signature inspection which clearly i didn't. At least hold the person accountable whosevers fault it is instead of making excuses for the lazy worker.
