Verminators Wildlife Evictions

Verminators was able to eliminate my beaver problem with expertise! They thought we had 3 beavers and they were right! Two the first night and the third on the third night! They are true experts in this field and I highly recommend them!

Wow! Kevin is really brave! So is Katy for that matter. I called Verminators early in the morning and by noon a huge bald face wasp nest was eradicated! Both Katy and Kevin explained the process in detail and kept in touch throughout, advising of arrival time and tools necessary to get this crazy big wasp nest out of a tree in my yard. I was amazed as I watched (safely) from inside as he treated and removed the nest. I highly recommend Verminators! Thank you so much Katy and Kevin!

We had a great experience with them. Very knowledgeable, dependable, honest, professional and reasonable. They truly went above and beyond! Highly recommend for bat removal or any wildlife removal. Very pleased!

I just witnessed at least 100 bats try to gain entry into my home after Verminators visit yesterday. The bats left because they could not find an entry point! When I say these guys earned their money on my house, I'm not lying. Our house had so many possible entry points open because it was built by my husband and myself so the fact it's still standing is pretty impressive but I feel confident that they used enough caulk on it yesterday, it will stand forever. They answered my questions immediately, devised a plan and showed up on time, ready to work. They worked ALL day long and sealed every single hole. He worked away around the entire house, up and down the ladder a million times, and caulked every line and covered every hole leaving two pipes at each Ridgeline for the bats to leave and not get back in. I am so impressed and will recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for all you did and for having such integrity which is rare to find these days. Thank you, Thank you, thank you! Bye, bye bats!

So helpful. poor guy got stuck on an insect trap thing. I put olive oil and got him out but he wasn’t flying after just hopping around so I hope he’ll be okay iA 😢 amazing advice

I have been trying to get outside for a few minutes here and there throughout the day. I read somewhere that doing so will boost your serotonin as well as your energy level. It has been a nice change of scenery, and it doesn't hurt that my production has increased too! UNTIL... I was moving my paperwork and laptop from my desk to the table outside.. going back and forth with the door open.. my foot hit the cement outside, and I startled some furry critter whose escape route from me was INSIDE the door!!! 🤦‍♀️ I screamed (do NOT recommend, but it was an automatic reaction that I had no control over), all I heard were claws scurrying across the hardwood floors. I'm a nervous wreck at this point because all I saw was a blur of hair zoom by, but I had no clue where it went exactly or what it was.. I only knew it didn't meow or bark 😭 I cried a little, took some breaths, realized 911 was NOT the number I needed, and asked my community WHO DO I CALL?!?! I had so many people tell me about The Verminators, I ran a quick internet pre-date stalk on them, and they passed all the checks! Still freaked out and unsure of what critter was actually inside the office, Katy was so kind to me and caring over the phone. She told me what to do and to avoid. She told me they were on a call at the time but would head my way as soon as they were finished. I was still scared but relieved that they happened to be nearby and was able to work me in! Kevin and Katy arrived within the hour to save the day! Kevin reminds me of the people featured on "white women ain't scared of s***" on Shorts/Reels.. he makes friends with all the creatures he captures and sets free and loves every bit of it! Seriously, their professionalism and customer service were above and beyond!! I feel like I should have paid Katy for her counseling skills, too, that was a fantastic bonus 😂🫶 I can be "extra" at times. THANK YOU, VERMINATORS!! I will refer everyone I know to you guys! Had some rats both in my attic & basement. Called Verminators, Gainesville, Georgia. Started out with a mild inspection, setting 2 basic Victor rat traps in the basement. The rats in the attic were scurrying. Recognized they were getting in through the vent. Told Verminators I had a carpenter coming over the next day. He could patch the holes & screen the vent. They insisted that, "that's what they do", so I called off the carpenter. The next day Kate came over, & I was expecting for the problem to be worked on. INSTEAD, what I got was a $1,800 sales pitch for a 5 year warranty. The repair person didn't even come! It was crystal clear right then. I wasn't interested in buying the pitch, so, they had ZERO interest in fixing my rat problem. BEWARE! Be VERY cautious, or, they'll try to "scare you" into a $1,800 service agreement! I SMELL A RAT!

If you’re not calling this team for your pest, critter, snake, possum, beaver, you be it issue then you’re calling the wrong place!! Highly recommended!!

Verminators are the ones to call! They are the only company of their kind working on the lake, protecting your docks from beavers, wildlife and pesky vermin from homes. I am a realtor and if I need their services they always do an excellent job for my clients.

Kevin and Katy are the BEST! Whatever kind of wildlife nuisance you have that can take care of it in the most humane way possible. They always make sure the job is done right. I am a realtor in the Gainesville area and they have helped so many people around the lake protect their homes and docks.

Called for squirrel removal. Someone reached out via text got my info and did not call or text back. Reached out to someone else and got some of the best customer service.

Amazing company. I called them last minute because I had a snake in my basement and my home had not been occupied for 4 months, and was being sold the following day. They came out, removed the non venomous Brown snake, cleaned up, and assessed the home for potential areas from where the snake may have entered. A++ in speed, communication and professionalism. Very reasonably priced. Thank you Katy!!

I had a family of raccoons in my attic and they made a HUGE mess. Thankfully they were able to evict the raccoons humanely, and help clean up the mess they made!

I highly recommend calling Verminators to remove the squirrels out of your attic. They are very professional and honest. They also gave us a long guarantee!!

Great company. They actually care about your wildlife problems most companies don't small company but very awesome all we should check them out they do the job right the first time don't have to come back

They came out, gave a sketchy idea of what was in the attic. Proposed expensive fix. Another company came out. The problem was bigger than expected, unfortunately more expensive. The problem would not have been solved otherwise. Vermin at or did not identify the correct animal in the attic!

I own the home in Chicopee represented on this website. They did come and do the first part of their job but did NOT come back and finish the job. Three weeks later and I still have animals in my attic and an exit tunnel on the back of my house. I called and left numerous messages to no avail. They have NOT returned my calls but they took my money. Now I have to find someone else to finish a job that Verminators did NOT.

I had my house completely sealed for squirrels over a few years ago with a 5 year warranty. Now squirrels are coming back in the attic again. Contacted them on December 9, 2019 took them almost a month to come out and even look..Kevin has been out before but he came out today and wanted to charge me if he found where the squirrels are coming in to fix but refused to look. Would have expected better service from this company that I paid thousands of dollars now refuses to honor their contract.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. My first experience with Verminators was positive, I moved into a new house that had a prior squirrel problem in the attic. Katy and Kevin came out, had very positive attitudes and talked a good game. I paid a little over $900 for them to take out the soiled insulation, refresh the area and put down new material. About a year later I had another squirrel problem after a woodpecker made two holes in my wood siding and squirrels moved into my back porch overhang and took over a hole on the side of my chimney. After getting estimates from other companies I went with Verminators again because of the first experience and the warranty they offered. This time the bill was over $1000. Kevin and Katy came out, performed a whole house exclusion, installed exit tunnels for the squirrels and installed woodpecker deterrent mobiles. They said the tunnels should stay up for about 2 weeks so the squirrels had a chance to vacate the area they were inhabiting. It is now almost a full year later and the exit tunnels are STILL up on my house. They NEVER returned to take them down. I’ve called and texted many times, first I was told they were on vacation and would contact me when they were back in town, I never heard anything. Then I was told via text that the service was only complete once the squirrels were completely out of the hole but how would they know if they never came back to check/complete their work!???! On top of that I now have another hole that a woodpecker caused and the warranty Verminators offered is worth nothing because I can’t even get a call back. Now I have to start from 0, get estimates and spend even more money. My advice to anyone considering this company is to PROCEED WITH CAUTION. I guess it depends on the mood Kevin and Katy are in on any given day that determines your result...for me, I will NEVER use them again and will never suggest them to anyone. ADDING Since I cannot reply to the business owners message: The job I paid $1295 for was in April of 2018, you say I didn't provide you with a chance to make a follow up appointment before I launched into my "bad review" campaign but you had 11 months to return, during that time I called, texted and made attempts to get you to come back to my home to complete the work you started. I was given the run around which led me to leave the message I did on Sunday which did not state that any wildlife was in my attic, I said that another woodpecker made a hole on the same side of the house and squirrels were now also living in that hole. And yes, due to my experience my assumption was that you would not help me again, and I still have not received a call acknowledging that you got that message. I am leaving reviews of my experience on the internet because I am unhappy and frustrated, you did not deliver on what you promised and that cost me $1295 of my hard earned money. I am now in a position where I have to contract another company to pay $1400 to complete the work you started and take care of my new issue. I also must add that none of the services provided on 4/25/18 were free of charge as you say below, (see attached invoice). Also, referring to your response, my issue was not with the guarantee on the woodpecker hazing products, my issue was with the fact that you were supposed to have returned no later than 2 weeks after 4/25/18 to remove the installed squirrel exit tunnels, after the animals had vacated, patch the holes as we discussed and paint over the flashing you said you would use to patch those locations. I shouldn't still have two holes in my house 11 months after a job was started. Also, the fact that you used your response to further sell and promote your products is unbelievable. See invoice below showing what I paid for as well as a text exchange with Katy saying you would return in October of 2018 to "finish" the job (which didn't happen). Also, could you take my address off the internet please? I never agreed to you posting any images of my home and my address. What you all did isn't right.

I give this business zero stars. They are liars. They convinced us to pay them a huge chunk of money. They claim that they can get rid of squirels so since I was having problems with them I went ahead and spent money I did not really have so I would not get further damage to my house. The squirels were gone for a week tops and then they came back. The company then convinced me to get my attic cleaned by them so I payed even more of my hard earned money to them. The squirels are still there and I have called them numerous times from July-Oct leaving message after message for them to come and fix the problem. So far they have ignored me. So yep I'm not happy. Do not waste your money with this company. And Verminators...if you are reading this because I'm going to post it everywhere that you realize hmmm maybe I should call her back afterall....
