Paid for full year & hey still tried billing me each time they came out, I had to straighten this out each time! Oh yeah, you don’t get the full year you pay for

Northwest is the best pest control company out there. Warren Rogers is our technician and he always comes out at any sightings of bugs my 16 year old might see! Hands down we wouldn’t know what to do without his help!

Northwest Exterminating is the BEST.

So far I have to give this place a 1 star… I had their pest control that billed quarterly and it had been pretty good. I called and asked to get a quote for the mosquito and termite package and when they came and gave me a quote they said I’d get credit for the $120 that I had JUST paid for a treatment… fast forward I went ahead with everything because it made sense BUT THEN… I got charged the FULL $300… now at first I was like… this was just a mistake, we can call and it’ll be fine… well then they call and say that well your payment was on July 18… and you ordered Aug 4th so it was a different month… which I replied “well it was within 30 days…” she then told me “well we didn’t put it all in until 2 weeks later..” not only was that out of my control but we originally scheduled it for a week earlier and they MISSED IT!!! lol I would encourage others to shop around because I can honestly say they do not honor their sale and double down on their customer service… she was extremely nice while confirming our misleading experience but not sure if it is worth giving 2 stars… we will see how the services are… I will update if they are good. So far the mosquitoes still feel at home…

Todd is the best! Hope the people in charge see this. We had Todd in Dawsonville GA for 4 years. He is the reason we renewed!

Had a termite inspection done for a refinance and no signs of damage or termites but they said can’t give us a letter stating that due to the brick on the outside of the house. Still cost $75. What a rip off, this company is a scam.
