In 2025, annual termite inspection work was done by a professional engineer and I feel happy for what he did. His work is much better than what another engineer did in 2024. So. the company improved their service.

Major lack of communication at the office. Trying to charge me for a service I was completely unaware happened at an old address that I had since moved from. Had me under the impression that everything was being moved to new address and services were no longer being completed there. Even came to new address and started service. All to go back to the old address and not tell me until after the fact? And they don’t think this is an issue? because the two people I spoke with failed to note the account. Not to mention I was paying for quarterly service and if I needed something done before that time frame it always seemed like an issue to set something up…even though I’m pretty sure that’s one of there selling points? “We will come out whenever needed” Always having to call and make sure things are still scheduled properly or even made it out of the phone call and onto schedule. Also no managers in office to handle things like this? And if it was something they weren’t able to complete or it was some kind of policy or whatever they could’ve made me aware of that and I would have handled it accordingly before setting things up at new property. Needs to be clear what you’re billing people for. Anywho our technician himself was nice and I don’t think any of this was at his fault.

We hope Massey can find another great Eric! Hate to see him go, but....so happy for him to find another job that meets his needs. We will deeply miss him, a super understanding kind of guy. One thing that we always appreciated about Eric, he always called us prior to coming out and.....he did a perfect job! He didn't miss anything! Excellent job exterminating bugs. Terrible I would even say complete lack of basic customer service because we requested bug removal. Not two separate notes shaming us for not cleaning the house properly. (There were two food wrappers behind our fridge/stove and a plethora of dead bugs) Perhaps instead of a bug removal you could change the business to passive aggressive notes that cause my partner to spiral into a panic attack and stress clean the entire house when they need to be on bed rest from surgery since as your note so elegantly put it. "IDK your story" you don't. I'd tell you to do your jobs in the future but as far as I'm concerned you will not be allowed anywhere near here again, and I will make sure my property management know we will be using professional outside help in the future.
