We’ve been using Select for years for termite prevention and have appreciated never having to worry about termites. They made a mistake with our bill recently and contacted us immediately to let us know that we owed less than what was billed. Thankful for their honest business practices! Highly recommend.

It’s a shame a business is ran this way. They purchased Lee’s Exterminating that I used for years. They always came and sprayed inside and outside of my home monthly. Once they purchased Lee’s their serviceman called before coming out. I instructed him that the check would be on the island in the kitchen and provided the garage code as I had done for years. Service came out and left within 5 mins and NEVER went inside the home. This was captured on video surrounding the home. Someone from their office has called multiple times leaving VM threatening legal action of $60 for a service that was subpar. Today I get another call wanting payment, after explanation of what happened her response was so you refuse to pay?! I asked for what service? She then tells someone else in the office turn over to legal and hangs up. I’m sure glad I changed to Empire. Checks is in the island drawer still waiting to pay for the service contracted.
