Unfortunately, I had to go with another company. Appointment was scheduled for an immediate and severe need, the technician never showed and did not call to say that he wouldn't be able to make it. Once I called to find out where he was, the company must've called to tell him to call and then he did. Only to tell me he had a busy day but could come later, NO THANK YOU. It then took the company a full week to reach out to reschedule...again, NO THANK YOU! In the time that it took for them to act,

Apparently Ed is doing a great job of spraying for pests before they can get in the home. Because of my busy schedule, I havent had an in the house spray in a few years. I never see pests in my home, though. Thank you Bug Busters for doing your part in maintaining my home.

Edward is the best!! I highly recommend him!! He answered all of my questions and/or concerns without hesitation. He was friendly, helpful, respectful and polite. He was patient with all of my dogs as they had to have a moment with him to get to know him.
