Unfortunately, I had to go with another company. Appointment was scheduled for an immediate and severe need, the technician never showed and did not call to say that he wouldn't be able to make it. Once I called to find out where he was, the company must've called to tell him to call and then he did. Only to tell me he had a busy day but could come later, NO THANK YOU. It then took the company a full week to reach out to reschedule...again, NO THANK YOU! In the time that it took for them to act,

I'm not really a person who does reviews, but I want to say how pleased I am with the promptness of High Priority Pest Services. I awoke Sunday to a swarm of termites around the bedroom window. I searched NextDoor for recommendations and High Priority was touted. I went to their site, followed the instructions, i.e. uploaded photos of what I wasexperiencing and they had someone out, the issue addressed and the problem hopefully eradicated. Apparently Ed is doing a great job of spraying for pests before they can get in the home. Because of my busy schedule, I havent had an in the house spray in a few years. I never see pests in my home, though. Thank you Bug Busters for doing your part in maintaining my home.

I wouldn't choose anyone else for my pest control services. Stephen was very knowledgeable and the price is reasonable. i would definitely recommend bug house to all my friends.
