We had a small bird that came through the dryer vent, we were not sure what exactly was in there and were scared. We called Attila Pest Control and they were immediately responsive, his name is Buddy, he came in and was safely able to remove the bird from the vent and also let it fly away after that. We are extremely thankful to buddy for this amazing service. And not just this, we are using Attila Pest Control since two years for our lawn and weed control and they have been amazing.

I’ve used Atilla Pest Control for my homes in Dacula and Alpharetta and have had a great experience both times. They are extremely responsive, professional and thorough. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something addressed, they handled it quickly and without hassle. It’s hard to find companies that actually communicate well and follow through, these guys do. Highly recommend.

We’ve been using this pest control company for over four years now, and they have consistently done an excellent job. They are always professional, punctual, and very thorough with every visit. Since starting with them, we’ve had peace of mind knowing our home is well protected. Their customer service is outstanding, communication is top notch, they respond quickly, explain everything clearly, and truly care about doing quality work. It’s hard to find a company that’s both reliable and consistent over the years, but they have exceeded our expectations every time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and effective pest control services!

A little disappointed how the salesman raves about perfect 5 star review. I tried to make an appointment because we found bugs in the house. Called and was told a day however no time was confirmed. The tech came by looking at my home cameras and no one was home. So for a whole day no one called to confirm a time. I did call again to complain and instead of owning up to the mistake and try to rectify. It was more important to call the tech. Finally agree to a time that we can work with. I hope they follow through and do what they say. Also did not like the yearly contract. --- I spoke with the manager. He did the best of his abilities to solve my issue. Moving forward I hope that communication gets better. Our person that came last for our needs was awesome and very friendly. He was honest and made me feel like the most important guest ever. Hire more like him and promote him please. June 16/2022. Their lawn service sucks. My grass is dying. Tried contacting them but no one ever calls. Definitely do not use lawn service. I am going to try to find a way out of this ridiculous contract. Day three and still no contact. - Lets update this....had lawn service 7/25 then 8/6 again.... I am confused as to how they operate. I contacted them and they said it would be end of the month. The timing is so inconsistent. I would also mention they don't treat the back of the house. It is confusing how they operate. No one answers the phone calls.

We have had this company doing are pest control for 1 year. Today they showed up and sprayed for the last time. Usually it takes approximately 30 minutes from beginning to end, but Today the people that came literally spent 7 minutes from the time they began spraying until they started leaving. After that 1 of the people came back to see about us continuing service. We said NO. As he was leaving he started talking to himself about the Gaulle we had because i questioned how long they were here. He said that they were here for 20 minutes, but being that we have cameras that cover the entire outside of our home. But I told him that I was watching the time ⏲️ and I thought that they were here for maybe 15 minutes. But after looking at the video, they were only here working for 7 minutes and there's no way they could have finished what we contracted for which is spraying the entire perimeter of the house from the ground and also spray the eves along with removing all the spider webs in the eves. Then like I said before that he argued that because their was 2 people that it was finished faster. But again I can prove that they were here for a total of 15 minutes, but literally only worked for 7 minutes from start until they left. If you were thinking about using their services, make sure what they are doing is what you had paid for. If I could give a zero rating I definitely would. When we started using their services they actually cared. But the 1 guy that showed up with a supervisor totally pissed me of. From not taking no for my answer to doing maybe 1/4 of what we paid for, too coming back to ask my mom about continuing service which she decided. But actually smack talking about my questioning why he was only here for 15 minutes, but after he left talking shit about me. But again because I have 8 exterior cameras i watched it only to find the truth, that they were here for a total of 7 minutes from the time they actually started until they were back in their vehicles. Don't waste your time and money with this company. Sincerely The Brewers. P.S. so this morning I received a message to call them. At which time I was told that they didn't come to our house or anyone's place because they had canceled all of their services for the day because of rain. But as you can see in the video, it was a Beautiful Day with sunny skies and no clouds or perspiration. I f you have completely read my review you will be able to view the videos that I included and I will try adding another one that shows the 1 person trying to make or get me to sign up for or continue with their services, which I had to keep repeating myself over and over that i would not sign up for a continuing service . Because this is my mother's house and she signed up not me and I refused to sign because it is her home and her money, as such i informed him that I will not even think about spending her money or committing to another contract for the reasons that I had to repeat many times, approximately 6-7 times. I asked him to come back to inquire with my mom, which didn't make him happy. But after calling the number I was supplied with in their response I called and had a very bad experience. If anyone else has experienced a similar situation, I would love to hear about your experience. Thank you for reading my post. Super bad with customer service. Also make sure they are doing all the service because they also lied about that but love to charge you on the bill for service they didn’t do. They also never answer the calls.

Great communicators!

Don’t get deceived by their high google rating. I called them to cancel my lawn service prior to my appointment but their service guy performed the lawn care without our knowledge and sent me an invoice. When I examined my ring videos, I noticed that the service was performed for 3 minutes ONLY. I was shocked that 3 minutes is hardly enough to even cover my lawn (0.34 acres lot). When I brought this up to their customer service by sharing the photos, videos etc, they told sorry, our service guy did not perform the job well but still wants me to pay the $40 for the lawn care service. From the past videos, I noticed that they hardly spent 5 mins in my lawn. They stopped by for lawn service every month. So it’s a complete waste of money. This company is neither reliable nor ethical. Please shop around or do the lawn care yourself as it will be much better than theirs.

SCAMMERS .... They charged on my card twice for a service that was never performed and then kept telling me to call on different numbers. I called them and then they scheduled another service to take another $99 inspite of the sales guy telling me some other story. At the end, they charged $130 to cancel my service. Summary: I paid $309 for a single Pest control service. People, please be aware about this scam company. They have not refunded any money.....

It has now been 2 consecutive appointments that they scheduled for me and have no-showed. I keep taking off work and planning my schedule around theirs for them to service my home just for them to never show up, then when you call and ask why is my home not being serviced yet again then will just say "sorry let me call you back (they never do) or the person that suppose to service the home is busy and cant make it. Things happen i understand but they could at least call or something instead of ghosting you. Ive been trying to chase them down for 3 weeks now and had to go buy my own pest control and spray just to hold off all the insects that are coming with the warm weather (new construction home) till I can find someone who can actually service my home professionally.

I hate to give them a 1 star but unfortunately after not hearing back from anyone and ignoring me this was my only option. I’ve been with them for almost 2 years and only had lawn service. This year they were offering aeration and I wanted to give them a chance so I booked an appointment. Rodolfo came out to perform the service on April 12. Not even 15 minutes passed, he calls me to say it’s done. Now if you know anything about aeration there is no way on earth you can finish that quick. So I checked my camera and saw he literally did like 2-3 passes across the law. I called him back and explain that that’s not the right way to do it so I asked him to wait for me to get home. Once I arrived I couldn’t believe my eyes. First of all Buddy (the owner) thought it would be a good idea to buy a used/beat up aeration machine off Facebook and use it for his professional business to perform this service and mind you this service they offered was $170! After speaking to Rodolfo he expressed his frustration with the machine and explained that this used machine cannot perform the job. After walking the property I notice that the machine only ripped up my lawn and barely made any holes. I honestly considered it destruction of property. So I requested for Buddy to call me to see what we could do about this and of course I never heard from anyone. Based on some other reviews, once they mess up they will just ignore you so BEWARE. Also Attila you can consider this my cancelation of service request!

Year back Attila showed up marketing their lawn care service (Buddy was there). Exceptional marketing and we had decided to move forward with their service. First service with high chemical / Preemergent to kill my weeds killed my lawn as well in many spots. Reached out to them in few week they said me to they will take care of it in few months and sod will grow back. But the spots where the sod and weeds were burnt due to high chemical they applied, sods were not at all coming back. Reached out to Attila customer care again and they send someone to do the soil report but never heard back on their soil report. I reviewed the lawn with my builder, they clearly said its a problem because of the law care chemical that was applied before the lawn even rooted fully in to the soil. They came back for routine service, I clearly told them what ever the chemical you are applying in my lawn its not bringing back my sod, this time also they applied some weed killing chemical and fertilizer and again killed another section of my sod. Asked customer service to send Buddy to look at our lawn for last 6 months, he never showed up. I never got the soil report as well, I clearly told them to take ownership of fixing my lawn for the mess they made. Their customer service provide only solution is to cancel their service. I got no help from this company. Finally I had to let go of their service and looking for a better lawn care company.

Decided to give their lawn care a try as they pitched themselves as a small family owned business and I like to support local, family businesses. Although that has proven to be a mistake. Exactly one year later, my grass is still sparse throughout the majority of my property. They took soil samples after I've made them aware of the bare spots, but Attila still continued to treat my lawn the same way after the samples were taken. I've received violations from the HOA due to weeds and bare areas in my lawn which should not occur when I've paid for a service. Attila had one year to promote grass growth and failed. Had a technician admit Atilla is still trying to figure out lawn care as the company is new to lawn care. Apparently the ratings/stars are based upon their pest control. I strongly advise Attila remains solely in the pest control industry. Leave the lawns to the professionals! Don't use Attila lawn services!!! You will be throwing money down the drain.

They failed to show up for pest and lawn service one month. Midway through the next month they said they would show up the end of the month. During that time my kids got bitten by bugs and had reactions. I terminated my contract, but if they fail to uphold their end the contract it doesn’t matter, you still pay a fee of $320.00. They get their money anyway even without doing the job. Do not recommend
