I contacted this company for an ant infestation issue. The technician applied ant gel bait, which seems appropriate for the issue, but the communication was poor. When I asked whether ant bait was being used, he said he had never heard of ant bait before. Later, I realized he was actually using “Advion Ant Gel”, which is an ant bait. During the visit, he also commented that I was “talking too much,” which felt unprofessional, especially since I was simply asking reasonable questions about the treatment being performed in my home. When I asked questions about the treatment, he repeatedly told me to contact the company, giving the impression that he was just doing what he was told and did not have professional knowledge of his own. Also He sprayed insecticide inside the kitchen cabinets even though there were cooking utensils, rice, and onions inside, without telling me to remove them first. In the end, it turned out that the appropriate product was used, but the lack of basic explanation and professionalism made the experience frustrating. 1. I called a professional to get rid of ants, but they said they'd never heard of bait before. 2. I asked the staff about the pest control process and the chemicals used, and they said, "That's a lot of talk." 3. They sprayed pesticide on kitchen utensils and rice in the cabinets without instructing them to remove them or take precautions. 4. I received a refund for the remaining visits, but the front desk staff didn't offer any apology when I inquired about the issue.

I recently got a quote and heard a radio commercial that made me laugh, so I'm leaving a review. They advertise that they're the first to acquire Centricon. How do they compare to other companies? Compared to independent contractors? Do you know of any American termite companies that don't use Centricon? It seems like Dr. Bug just got theirs, so that means they've been working without it all along... I'm not bragging, though... I recently needed a quote for a house I was selling, so I called for a quote. Centricon installation was "free," as advertised, but my home was $799. Haha. I also had to pay over $100 for the postal service. I told them it seemed a bit steep, but the woman on the phone said, "American companies charge $1,500 each. Find out." I was dumbfounded. Not that I didn't speak English, but I contacted four companies, including a major American company. I settled on $599 for the Centricon installation (they all came to my house to get quotes), including the postal service. Very satisfied! Excuse me, ma'am, if you don't know, just keep quiet. What other company charges 1,500 won each? Also, the ad says Centricon installation is free, but they only charge a labor fee... That's like, Supermarkets sell Choco Pies for an average of $1.50, but at this Bug Doctor Supermarket, "Here we are, the first to sell Choco Pies! We're having a free event!! However, if you come, we'll pack them in a bag for $1.50, so that's all you have to pay!!!!!!" <- That's it. LOL Everyone, because of their English, Korean companies often insist on hiring Korean companies, thinking, "No way, we're Koreans too!" But ask someone who speaks English and get quotes from two or three more American companies. You'll know what I'm talking about.

A technician came quickly, performed a thorough inspection of the entire house, and provided us with the solutions and pest control we needed. True to his name, Dr. Belle accurately identified and explained the problem like a doctor, and administered medication to the entire business. I felt noticeable results within a day, and his punctuality made it even better. I highly recommend him.

Twice, I missed my appointment. I didn't show up without even calling. I wasted my time, and the company seemed sloppy.

Never use this company for service. I have been using this company for 13 years and my house was damaged by termites and they say they are not responsible. I spent $15,000 on repairs and they said that for this level of problem to occur, the problem had been there for 4 years. American companies say that they take full responsibility for any problems that arise, so make sure you use an American company for service.

This is the first time I've seen a company in the US that limits additional pest control requests to once a year in case of pest infestation outside of the basic past control schedule. If they had notified me when I first signed up or had made this known through the contract, I would have chosen a different company. I regret it.

I called this business for mice control but they said they charge $450 for just placing some mice traps. I also asked if they also do something to prevent so mice won't come back again and their answer was no. Then, I asked if they can even find the route where the mice is coming and their answer was to contact a handyman. Based on this, my thought was they do not know the differences between a handyman and an exterminator. So, I decided not to use this business.
