Best exterminator around my forever go to guy

Ben is an exceptional professional. Always shows up when he says he will. His service is good too. His price keeps going up but he’s still less expensive than the commercial exterminators and his bug spray last a lot longer. I highly recommend his service.

He is always considerate of your time and gets the job completed in a timely manner.

We had an inspection scheduled for this morning but no one showed up after 30 minutes. I gave them a call and they said they entered it for the wrong date. They promptly rescheduled to this afternoon and no one has shown up. They are also unresponsive to phone calls and text messages are automated. You are better off finding reliable services elsewhere.

Have tried contacting this company since Friday 4/29/22. My initial inquiry which I did using the website did receive a response confirming they treat carpenter bees; however I followed up the same day less than an hour after receiving confirmation to inquire about a quote and they have not responded at all. I sent an email Friday, Saturday and Tuesday of this week following up and still have not received a response which is unfortunate because I see the reviews and wanted to give the company a chance. They responded quickly the initial contact but since have left me on read.

I had a appointment today at 9am. No one showed up, no one called, no one answered the phone!

I had an appointment at 8:00 am! No one showed up! I didn't receive any communication on why or even a email response! So I’m assuming its a canceled appointment without my knowledge! Very inconsiderate and unprofessional

Omg, I have never worked with a worse company in my life. These positive reviews are either fake or from when they had previous owners.To say they are slack is an understatement! Had a rat problem in my attic, looked at reviews and thought they would be good. They were quick to take my money and lay down a few traps for hundreds of dollars, saying they would be back in 3 weeks to clean up. Well, a month and a half later nothing. Tons of emails and calls. All go without a reply. They did hit me back when I flamed their Facebook saying they were going to schedule a visit and would hit me back ASAP. Well, that was a week ago. Shoddy service, and zero follow up. I could have done it better myself.

This guy has terrible customer service. He serviced my house early this July, but I have been killing live bugs ever since he left... I called and texted numerous times for that last few months trying to get another treatment (his messaging system allows you to text). But it's been 5 months with no response... He knew that I was unsatisfied with his service so he decided to ignore me. I'm telling you, don't waste your money.

Tried to support a local, what i believed to be, black owned business... not sure if it is or not. Anyway... i reached out because we were still seeing little bugs 2 weeks after the service and they never responded. I emailed, called and texted multiple times. I had agreed to let them come quarterly and they never returned my call. Will never recommend someone so unprofessional.

I set an appointment twice. The first time was last week. Someone emailed me saying they couldn't get in touch with me so I set an appointment for today at 10 am and I called them, noone answered the phone but they sent an automated message to my cell phone. I sent a text and still no response. I guess I'll just have to call someone else.

Made an appointment for a 1st visit, nobody showed, nobody called. Called them back twice 2 days later (also texted), no answer.
