Had an issue with carpenter ants. I would take off one star because there was a s heduling issue during their first follow-up, which I believe was a paperwork miscommunication. I’ve been a customer for a few years and these last few months have been *weird*. They will often schedule service to come by on their own time and not consult with me and get frustrated if I can’t make it. Often resulting on them coming onto my property without my consent or knowledge. I called the manager and the manager promised a refund of my next service and it never happened.
