Have tried contacting this company since Friday 4/29/22. My initial inquiry which I did using the website did receive a response confirming they treat carpenter bees; however I followed up the same day less than an hour after receiving confirmation to inquire about a quote and they have not responded at all. Had an issue with carpenter ants. I would take off one star because there was a s heduling issue during their first follow-up, which I believe was a paperwork miscommunication. However, all the servicemen that came out were incredibly professional, fast, and open to talking to us that I have to give 5 stars.
