I paid for extensive rodent remediation services that were unsuccessful, but the company will not stand by its work. A second company has now properly remedied the issue and has told me the first solution would have never worked.

We value open communication and always encourage customers to contact our office so we can inspect, evaluate, and resolve any issues directly.<br><br>In this case, you entered into a 12-month service agreement with our company. Services were provided during the active period of the agreement, and no service concerns or complaints were reported to our office prior to the cancellation of services. Unfortunately, services were discontinued before we were given an opportunity to inspect or address any concerns that may have arisen.<br><br>Additionally, once another company began servicing the property, we were no longer able to evaluate conditions or determine the source or timing of any reported issues. For these reasons, and in accordance with the service agreement, a refund is not warranted.<br><br>We regret that you are dissatisfied and appreciate the opportunity to clarify our position. Our goal is always to provide reliable service and fair resolutions while honoring the terms of our agreements.
They did a good job on the termite treatment, but I also hired them to lay down a plastic in the crawl space, I have to went down there to check after them, and I didn’t like their job. Amy never came to check after them… For some reason I can’t reply back to ur comment, so I’m editing this… Amy never came to my house to check after them, I told her about it… and she sent them back, and still didn’t do it right… but she never came to check after them the first or second time… and after I post my review, she came to my house and told me to take my review down… she offered me to fix the problem, but I did fix it myself

At that time, no additional issues were identified or requested to be corrected. After the review, Amy returned to your home offering to address any concerns or issues. We always provide an opportunity to address concerns directly and stand behind our work. Should you wish to discuss this further, our office remains available.<br>
I moved out of state for a year to attend graduate school and my house sat practically empty aside from holidays. I came home for Christmas last year and I could hear scratching in my attic. I called Pain Exterminating and they sent someone to my home for a $125 inspection fee. The guy that came out seemed afraid to get in the attic. I had to ask him multiple times to check the attic, and once he did, he never left the attic stairs. He told me that I needed a screen on the gable and that he would call me back to schedule and determine what to do about the pests. 1. He never called back. 2. He told me he would have to get with another person to determine what to do about whatever was in the attic (he didn't even have a guess). 3. I now have a rat INFESTATION that is costing me thousands of dollars and a complete nightmare as I try to navigate medical school. They were quick to cash my check, but did absolute nothing to help. Due to limited time and funds, I wasn't able to get another company out in December and am now having to use my high-interest student loans to cover the cost. Please give your money to a company that wants your business!

We would like to requote the existing problem you have at your earliest convenience, but before we can help, we need to get you set up for service. We could not help then because we could not get a service set up and if you do not let us come out to requote the problem, we cannot help you now. Please call us. We have tried to contact you. The house that they rent has mold and we live with some one and took proof and said that their is nothing can do to help us being evicted bc we are not on the lease with proof and the owner is very rude and told us to leave his business

They don’t pay you what they say they never sent my check still haven’t got paid for over 40 hrs of work they give you a test to take in 2 weeks your supposed to have 3 months to study for and they like to talk shot and say that you’ll bring your family down if you quit the job that’s no way to speak to somone Jerry you need to be fired y’all use way to much chemical

We mailed your last check per our policy. We asked if you were ready to take the test and you said yes so we set a date for you. All you had to do was tell us you were not ready before I scheduled and paid for it. You text and said you didn't have gas to get to the testing school, so we offered you money for gas. We tried in everyway to help you succeed but you did not want to work. As for use of chemical, we use it according to the label. You would understand that if you had studied and took the pest control exam. We want nothing but the best for your family and would never talk badly towards any of them. However, we are investigating some issues that have come up involving you and our truck. Good luck.
I used PAIN pest control for about 18 months ...they did NOT kill the roaches in my trailer...all I have is 1 bedroom 1 bedroom 1 kitchen and a living room ....i complained several times .... I FIRED THEM !!!! AND WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE EVER !!! I Done in 10 days what they couldn't do in 18 months...i went to my local hard ware store ( BEATYS ) and bought $43 worth of stuff ( HARRIS BRAND ) boric acid roach powder ...and (HARRIS BRAND) roach tablets ...and ( HARRIS BRAND ) home pest control spray .... And ONLY 10 DAYS LATER ..... NO BUGS !!!!!! PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR and save your $$$ !!! ...DO NOT USE PAIN PEST CONTROL !!!!!! I lost over $800.00 with this place ... All to solve my my problem for $ 43.00 ..!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could rate them a 0 I would !!! Screw you Pain pest control!!!

Paid for pet friendly service received that the first time. After the first visit the never went back under to put poison in the pet friendly containers just threw it under. After asking about it was told mice pull the poison out of the boxes. I guess they always pull it to the same spot.
Worse place ever...they only want your money and if you get behind or can't pay they are rude.
