Recently bought a home. Service was great on the beginning, and my technician was great. However, I made a job change and couldn't afford their service anymore. I gave the office in Dalton a call to request that my service be cancelled. The lady in the office informed me that I had to catch my bill up before cancelling. I did that. They failed to communicate with my technician which was new that I wanted my service cancelled and I needed him to not come. After he visits, I was given an $85 bill

For your safety, avoid using Arrow Exterminators... I used Arrow for several years. They frequently changed our technicians and it was very hard to keep service at a consistent quality. But everything got much worse once we started using their mosquito control service... Bait and switch. We've used them for years for termite prevention but they don't fill the bait stations. Most of the bait stations aren't even in the ground like the paperwork claims. We added an all bug service a couple years ago for a flat fee but I was charged extra anytime the came out. We asked that someone talk to us before renewal this time and of course that didn't happen.
