BEWARE!! They killed my grass!! I never asked them to do anything to my yard. I only called for a quote and next thing I know they put a stake in my yard and sent me a bill. Now they are trying to extort money from me by saying if I remove my review they will not charge me for killing my yard. They don't answer the phone or return voicemails. I've been calling for weeks. When I finally got someone on the phone and asked for a quote they left a paper quote on my door. I never called them back because they charge double what competitors charge. I never signed anything saying I want them to take care of my yard and a month later I get a bill on my door. Super frustrated with this company! They will do anything to get money out of you and they will kill your yard. Drive by and look at what they did to my yard, 1711 Dug Gap Rd.

I called Champion for a quote a month or so ago. I never signed up for any services but I received a bill in the mail. Not sure what is going on with this company but I haven't had a good experience with them.

I hired Champion Green this year after a bad experience with another "famous" Green company and years of trying to fight weed control and fertilization myself. After just two applications, my bermuda sodded lawn is already looking wonderful, and they are just getting started! They started with a dormant lawn, full of all types of weeds so its worth including some before and after. I highly recommend Champion Green. Professional and courteous service.

Champion Green didn’t show up for four months while my lawn continued to grow weeds. They called today saying they were coming tomorrow and I fired them. They said the reason was they had to attend to a Army Worm issue in my area of North Georgia putting off regularly scheduled visits. They stated I didn’t miss a step however when questioned they acknowledged they normally come every 6-8 weeks. Both can’t be true. I told them the very least they could have done was contact me and let me know. I wasted over $1,000 this year. Champion Green won’t screw me no more.

Due to unforeseen circumstances with the worst case of armyworm infestations in over 30 years, Champion Green had to make the decision to temporarily suspend all other services in order to service customers battling armyworms. The armyworms destroyed 600+ customers’ lawns overnight and created 600+ “9-1-1” calls from frantic customers worried about their lawns being completely destroyed which forced Champion Green to make the decision to focus on the most time-sensitive issues. This decision did delay other services for several weeks but was absolutely the right thing to do to help other customers from completely losing their lawns. It is important to note that this issue was not just a Champion Green issue, but was an industry wide problem that affected all other companies in the lawn care industry. The customer’s scheduled treatment was not skipped or missed but was delayed. This means that he was still scheduled to get the treatments that he had signed up for and none would be skipped; so as a matter of fact, both can be true. The customer did not spend over $1,000 with Champion Green this year and was actually way under that number. When the customer was called to notify of his application the next day he became extremely rude to the staff and was not understanding of the issues the industry had been facing. It was also odd that the customer was mad about the delay of his treatments but decided to cancel services while we were notifying him of his treatment the following day. Champion Green’s mission is to provide customers with the best customer service and quality lawn care that can be achieved and that is exactly what we do; it is unfortunate that some people lack understanding as well as reasonable attitudes towards staff members who are simply doing their job.

I've been a customer for 6 years. Champion Green has done a great job taking care of my lawn. My grass is thick, healthy and looks good. I have tried other companies is the past, but did not get the the results that I have had from Champion. I highly recommend them.

My notes indicate that we have been with Champion since July 2012 first with fescue and now bermuda grass. Through out the years...they have been excellent with lawncare...always honest and dependable. We are more than satisfied. I have never regretted our decision to rely on their services.
