I am incredibly grateful for the kindness and compassion shown by the Northwest Exterminating Dallas team. They initially texted me to remind me about my quarterly pest control service, and when I called to explain that my husband had just come home from the hospital after being on life support, they were so understanding and immediately accommodated our situation by rescheduling our service for next quarter without any hesitation. What truly touched my heart happened a few days later. I received a postcard signed by everyone on their team with encouraging words, kind thoughts, and prayers for my husband’s recovery and for our family. In a time that has been very difficult for us, that simple but meaningful gesture meant more than I can express. It’s rare to find a company that goes beyond providing great service and shows such genuine care for their customers. The Northwest Exterminating Dallas team reminded me that there are still truly compassionate people in this world. I am deeply thankful for their thoughtfulness and highly recommend them to anyone looking not only for excellent pest control service but also for a company with a truly caring heart.

From the moment I called and spoke to the nice and helpful woman (I don't remember her name), I felt like I was with the right company. I requested same day service due to a current bug problem and she was able to call the technician and organize the service while I was on the phone with her. I gladly signed up and awaited the technician. Chris showed up to do the service and was AWESOME. He did everything expected and then some. He informed me if there is any need for in between service for any resurgence of pests, he would get right on it and explained how to contact him. I don't write a lot of reviews but I will take the time when I feel someone either deserves or really doesn't deserve it. The employees have exceeded my expectations thus far and I feel they deserve the positive praise.

Jenny in the office was kind and very helpful! Kevin showed up on time, was very communicative about the process and we had an overall great experience!

Not satisfied at all,not even one star. They said they could do something they can't do to get rid of drain flies! The reason they use is moisture,but it's not always wet here it does dry out.The guy's also used slow tub drain as excuse not to treat but ran water in kitchen sink treated it! I lived here almost thirteen year's everything being same this is first time having drain flies.When the guy came out observed everything took pictures where they could be breeding they won't even open skirting up like the first one said,and did open one part up took pictures,even sent them to me.So what changed because of little rain,what does Florida and places like Louisiana do. Everyone has some moisture that can't be prevented at all,like pools ect. No offense the guys are nice and other neighbors use them for roaches and mice,but their treatment for drain flies is unprofessional job. The product didn't even get rid of spiders that was treated as well on first time not at all!! I'm very very disatified, don't like being told from start things was gonna be done that hasn't been then this made fourth time coming out! No! There's ways to get rid of roaches,mice, spider's, bug's ect,they should have something to get rid of drain/sewer flies,fruit flies,fungus flies,moths.Just Wow! A exterminator company as big well known as Northwest Exterminators! It's just unbelievable everyone says! I'm the one who has paid money signed contract until you see them next time! I want my home free of drain flies live normal life without worrying if there in sink,tub,or food that's being prepared to eat.Not to mention there is a disease you can get from them but it's rare my doctor says,also causes allergieis,asthma worse cause of their dead wing's all.So yes I know they say harmless but I don't want to share a home with them! I'm very displeased with all from being told something not being done to still present.,refusing to treat cause of slow drain after use!! RIDICULOUS:(

Professional and prompt service with respectful and honest customer service!

Shady company. They don’t tell you that you’re only renting services like termite stations or you have 3 days to cancel. They make sure they don’t send you the contract after you have issues w their service and beyond the 3 days. They don’t respond to emails. Do yourself a favor, go to a different pest control company.

I feel completely duped. I paid for a termite inspection to obtain a VA letter on a home that was for sale and under contract. The inspector determined there were NO termites, yet refused to provide the required letter because they could not see the top of one wall that was partially blocked by ventilation above a drop ceiling. Their “solution” was to demand I pay $875 for a full service contract with recurring fees before they would issue the letter. This is absurd. What about all the walls behind sheetrock that you obviously cannot see? How did you “inspect” those? Our real estate agent, with over 30 years of experience, said they have never once heard of such a ludicrous requirement. This felt like nothing more than a bait-and-switch scam.

Lock of service.

We have ants for months with no resolution. Northwest has been out several times but ants continue to come back.

They charge a fairly high amount to come out once every 3 months and spray. Quite frankly it's just not worth it. You can do it yourself for far less money and still get just as effective if not more effective coverage.

They are Anti- Military. They like to put down Vets. Very rude and unpleasant company. Would not recommend this Company to anyone. I would rather deal with any other company.

This is the worst company to hire to do work in your home. they are rude, unethical, mediocre. after they are doing a bad job, they are not willing to correct their mistake and more eager to fight you. they got a guy called Jeremy working for them, he seems to be the owner. he is a bully and a belligerent. that was the worst experience I have made with a company that I paid to do some work for me.

The first visit a piece of our countertop was broken. We know accidents happen but wanted to know how they could fix it. It took a full 2 months to get it fixed. After it was fixed we realized they took apart our garbage disposal and didn't install it properly so water was leaking underneath our sink. Instead of waiting another 2 months to get that fixed we just did it ourselves. The company seems to care more about getting paid then about caring about their customers home and property. We will not be calling them again and we do not recommend them.
