Chemi-Cole Landscape Solutions

This company used to provide excellent service but it has gone downhill drastically. I was charged an extra $60 for an additional service and I communicated directly with this company's owner about the issue. Supposedly, he applied a fungicide/algaecide application but it was never applied. If you use this company, I suggest verifying their applications with cameras, which I have. I have 24/7 recording and this company doesn't do half of what they say they do. I was incorrectly billed for 3 months for services that I already paid for, I prepaid the entire year. The owner finally responded, stating that prepaid yards are treated differently... That may've been OK if this was stated upfront, but it wasn't. I have had numerous issues with this company and none of them have been resolved. I will find another service and I recommend that you do the same. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!! Also, when I asked for a refund for the services that weren't provided, I was told, "It doesn't work that way." What a joke!!

We were with Chemicole for almost five years and everything was great - until the last year and a half! Guy spraying was doing less and less every time (we have cameras) and then he sprayed and burnt up all my shrubs. I addressed these issues via text and emails for weeks after it happened and never got a response or a call back. Would have thought a small business would do better. Plus not to mention my bank card got hacked within a week after paying every time. Was extremely disappointed in the owners handling of the shrub issue - was told “I didn’t realize it was that important” oh so the 20+ calls/texts wasn’t important enough. Couldn’t even discount the bill due to the guy ruining the shrubs days before a huge family gathering - I paid the bill cause it was the RIGHT thing to do, to bad owner couldn’t do the right thing to begin with. Wouldn’t have lost yet another customer!

I had asked to kill violets growing in my yard. He killed the grass and not the violets yet he kept billing me for what, I don’t know. I will be posting pictures of my ruined yard on Facebook. I have been told he has lost a lot of customers due to poor performance.Stay away from this local company.

Chemi-Cole Landscape Solutions has been taking care of my lawn in Dallas, Ga for years and providing Excellent service. Very satisfied with this company.

It was late. July 2019 when David Cole, owner of Chemi-Cole Landscape Solutions, transformed our worn out corner lot to its new look. Gone were two sink holes, shade dead Bermuda grass, and drainage issues. In their place he created newly shaped pine and plant islands, planted new shade tolerant Bermuda grass, and sculpted new rain runoff drainage slopes. This year, the result is amazing. His approach includes applying the right chemicals at the right times of the year. With time, it all comes together and it is a great improvement!

This guy is seriously awesome! I text him with questions or when I want some extra work done and he always responds. Before I called him I thought I was going to have to tear up my whole lawn and re-sod. I called him and he transformed my turf in just a couple of months. It is green, thick and is weed free. If you are in the marked for a good lawn company please give David a call. You will not be disappointed.

Chem-cole is the best lawn care company on the west side of Atlanta. Around my community it’s the most requested chemical services. Chemi-cole specializes in turf and shrub treatment, well experienced in install and landscaping, they even do bug and pest control.

David is an amazing landscape specialist and individual. My wife gave him him her vision of adding steps to our sloped backyard. David asked a ton of questions on the consultation appt. When he laid out the plans, he exceeded all expectations. A visionary, hard worker, reliable and put the finishing touches on to make the entire area gorgeous. We have a couple more focal point projects in the works for this fall David is our guy.

David with Chemi-Cole has managed the chemical needs of my lawn for the past few years. He’s always been responsive and available for any questions I’ve ever had. One thing that struck me was how he talked to me about my lawn and projects almost like he’s my lawns doctor. He would ask what I’m trying to accomplish and then he would walk me through the steps to make it a reality, even on projects I planned on DYI’ing. When I first bought my house the lawn was literally dirt and weeds and he helped turn into something I’m proud of. My parents yard was over run with weeds when they moved in. I hired Mr. Cole to treat their yard for all the weeds and to green it up. I am happy to say he did an awesome job, even their neighbors asked who we used for the yard treatment!
