Tyler is incredible. Really knows what he's doing and can take your yard to the next level; that is if you do your part. Bang for your buck, he is the best in the business. I hate to see negative reviews by people who don't try to help their own cause. I've done collegiate and professional fields for 10 years, I can honestly tell you he is the best. This lawn is barely a year old. We overseeded the first winter, you can see it striped up in the back yard picture. The rest were taken after the rye is out, transitioning to the late spring bermuda. Cutting at just under 3/8".

Tyler has transformed my lawn from a scraggly, weed-infested mess to a beautiful and healthy lawn. He started treating my lawn in March 2019 and the results have been fantastic. The lawn is healthy & beautiful, and he lets me know when i need to mow it higher/lower. And leaves memo regarding the materials he applied. Generally responds to emails same or next day which i feel is ok. Seems he only focuses on lawn, so i do have to treat the weeds that are in islands, bushes, etc. He has always been fair and receptive to requests, and generous with advice and options. Overall, a great investment.

Tyler’s Turf is wonderful! They service several lawns on our street, and they all look fantastic. We used to use one of the larger businesses, but they couldn’t kill certain weeds, so we switched when we found out who our neighbor was using. Tyler personally came out to give us an estimate, was extremely nice, and answered all of our questions! He was straightforward and told us it wouldn’t be an overnight success to kill our trouble weed (dallis grass). It would take several applications due to the root density, or something along those lines. We signed up and within 2 treatments the lawn become extremely green, and our weeds were under control. The dallis grass is almost dead. We are super happy with the results! He gave us his cell phone number in case we have questions. We sent him a text once (to find out the exact date of our next treatment) and he responded rather quickly. I was home the last time they came and treated the lawn, and asked about a problem with my Japanese maple tree. They ended up treating it for beetles and didn’t even charge me! We are very happy with this company!!!

I have used Tyler's services for over a year. He provided lawn care on my rental property since I relocated. Unfortunately, I did become suspicious of his honesty when I tried to sell my house and the real estate agent told me my grass had not been cut in weeks. Since I was paying automatically, I was a little hurt. When I contacted Tyler about it he did state that he had some equipment stolen and would be out to take care of it. And he did. The agent had taken photos of my home to post online after he came out. When I saw my photos, I was very appreciative of how great my grass looked. But, I also noticed how the bushes had not been maintained. Luckily, I had forgotten to unlock my bank card and he had to contact me for payment. When he did, I asked him what happened to the bushes. His response was to terminate services due to "stolen equipment." Needless to say, I feel this confirmed my suspicion that he had not been honest about the services he was providing. He waived the final fee for service, but I still feel a little ripped off:( Update: My card issues occurred immediately after relocating from GA. My services were not terminated until a year later. I am even more disturbed to learn that this company "could not afford" to keep my account for a year and never said anything. My agent said the lawn looked like it had not been cared for in over a month. Instead of terminating my services, whether he felt he no longer could perform or whether he felt he no longer wanted to, he chose to continue charging my account knowing he was not servicing my property.

Hi Kay! I am very sorry you had a poor experience. I will agree that your service was performed without issues, for the first few months.<br><br>I began having trouble keeping your property on schedule due to payment difficulties. After addressing this several times with you, it became clear that your identity theft issues were going to disallow me to continue the payment terms you had agreed to when we began service.<br><br>Payment is due the same day as service via AutoPay for maintenance. After 3 months of charge-back fees from the credit card processor (card declined every time payment was due, despite you changing the card that was on file several times), I could no longer afford to keep your account :( I decided to waive the balance you accumulated, so that It wouldn't add to the other difficulties you were experiencing, as far as your identity being stolen. I also apologize for not getting to your shrubs in a timely manner, as my trimmer and blower were stolen, and I had to make an insurance claim to have them replaced. This is not a fun process, nor is it as quick as I would like it. However, this was NOT the reason your service was terminated.<br><br>I do my best to explain to my customers why It is important to pay for the service the same day as it is rendered, for mowing and shrub trimming. Basically, it costs too much to operate a business out-of-pocket while waiting for invoices to be paid. This is the reason for AutoPay.<br><br>Fortunately, you are the only customer, of the 100+ I have delt with over the years, that has questioned my honesty, and felt as though they had been ripped off. I am also very glad I had this opportunity to address and resolve this issue. I operate a customer-service oriented business, and make every effort to resolve any of my customer's issues before I make a decision to terminate service. Even if it means providing a service visit or two for free in an effort to try and help out!<br><br>Thank you for your business!
