At first I found him to be a kind God fearing man and I truly enjoyed having him come to my home as he was always pleasant and did a good job. Speaking for the location that services Woodstock, I am beyond frustrated with this company. We have flushed almost $17,000 down the drain over a 2 year period doing everything they told us to do to get rid of our rat problem and there has been ZERO improvements. We've gone to the extent of getting new garage doors, gutters, removing insulation, "professional" cleaning, removing trees, plus many other things they told us to do. For 2 years, we have had rat activity consistently every 1-2 months
