Arrow Exterminators

My home's termite warranty with Arrow Exterminators recently came up for renewal. After talking with a friend about the pros and cons of renewing, I decided to cancel my policy. The two major concerns were the annual increase in coverage and the lack of confidence I felt Aarow was actually protecting the house - I was questioning their integrity. When they removed the stations, I noticed they did not perform an inspection for activity. I questioned them on the lack of inspection, and they said

This is a two sided review. Please read all the way to the end. We have had a terrible time with the wildlife Dept of this company. At first they gave us an action plan on how to get rid of the rat problem we've had. That was back in May or June. They did come out and seal the house up however the follow up has been very poor.
