I will be honest for the first 6 months of us using bulwark- we were fine with the service not happy but not upset- but i called Tuesday for service and got a great guy at the local office on the phone to walk me through everything and today we were needing post winter "clean up" and working on keeping pollinators- Nicolas came in listened to everything and went HAM! we are so happy with all he did and make sure everything was ready for us. he was great with our dogs and helped everything including making sure the traps were in the perfect spot. I will be keeping them as long as Nicholas is there!

We've been using Bulwark for years and they provide excellent service. Tim Parker did a fabulous job today, knocking down wasp nests, reapplying the protective bug barrier, and setting out glue traps in our garage. Highly recommend both Tim and Bulwark!

Mike Edwards came out to service my home for pest control. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced. He took the time to explain the entire process and answered all of my questions including reassuring me that the product he uses would not harm my pets. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable pest control services. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

My technician (Sam Coughlin) was very friendly and explained what he was going to do around my home. When he entered my home, he made sure to wear foot covers which is much appreciated. He gave me a receipt of all the chemicals he used to treat my home and gave me a rundown of all the additional services that Bulwark offers if I need it in the future. Overall, I am well pleased.

Whoever JULIE Is That Answered My Call Today Costed You All A Loyal Customer!! I Am Well Known For My Outgoing Personality & Compassion For People!! I Reached Out Like My Tech Told Me Too When Bugs Resurfaced After He Sprayed In March 2025. I Informed Julie I Was Uniformed On How This Works And That I Was A Tenant. My Tech Didn’t Give Me The Timeframe That The “Warranty” Covers Only 72 Days. If I Had Known I Would’ve Called In Sooner At That Point I Had Only Seen A Couple Bugs And Wanted To See If It Continued!! When I Expressed My Frustration And Mentioned Changing My 5 Star Top Tier Review She Was Very Sarcastic & Proceeded To Argue With Me & Was Very Disrespectful!! Hopefully Someone Listens To The Call And Educates Her On How Customer Service Works!! She Informed Me That The Account Was Cancelled By The Landlord And Before She Made Me Aware That You Are Only Covered For 72 Days That Was Irrelevant Because A Service Was Still Provided And Paid For. Please Educate Your Techs On Educating Your Customers On Every Detail Of The Warranty Limitations For Y’all To Come Back Out If Bugs Resurface!! One Bad Apple Spoils The Bunch! My Tech Was Excellent & I’ll Attach A Screenshot Of My Original Review, But Because Of Julie And Her Mouth I Would NEVER Give You My Business Again!!

Horrible service! Employees servicing our home, were lazy and didn’t really care about our concerns and was just going through the motions. We had somebody come out, spray, and leave within five minutes. When I went on the porch, there was a huge spider Creating his own home and He apparently didn’t see that because they don’t look up! Lazy people just getting through the motions and collecting money is all they care about. I do. Or Recommend this company.

Contracted Bulwark to come to my home. They wanted to come July 3rd between 9 am and 12. Waited all morning of not being on the lake for them not to even show up. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
Everything with these guys started GREAT! I found them on Thumbtack and they were responsive and quick to get a technician out to take care of my issue. After 2 weeks I had no problem with them and all of a sudden the problems started. I received MULTIPLE calls at different hours of the evening and night from agents charging me almost 5X the amount of money that I had agreed to pay for services, thank GOD I had a copy of my paperwork with everything indicated on there. After dealing with that mess for a week (still not sure it is 100% resolved), I scheduled a 2 week follow up treatment which was outlined in our service contract, and the day they were supposed to come out, after taking 3 hours off work and my life to wait for their tech, they called me to say that my appointment had magically disappeared from their system and they had to reschedule. Now I have to take another 3 hours of my day to wait on someone else to HOPEFULLY show up. I'm tired of these people. They get you at first with being responsive and seeming professional; but it didn't take them long to show their true colors!! If you are going to use them get EVERYTHING in writing and make sure to stay on top of things. My advise, look elsewhere.
A word of caution for all new clients . Please do your research and read their terms and conditions very properly. The office management staff will charge you for servicing anything outside your hall and bedrooms. any infestations from Attic or basement is all extra.They are ready to come everyday to put treatment to your house but will not be ready to find out the root cause Also make sure you ask them the difference between the free warranty service and Regular service. The office staff will word in such a way that they send techs and charge you for that . Horrible sales staff . I just hope the owner of Bulwark reads this.. But also note that their field techs are really awesome. I have been with bulwark only because of field tech James who is excellent and has serviced me for the last 4 years. I recommend in this economic conditions have the some genuinely better sales staff in office , else customers like me would realize their mistake of joining bulwark exterminating later
Bulwark is by far the worst pest control control company in regards to assisting their customers in regards to errors that they acknowledge they’ve made and won’t refund money that their customers work hard for ! The incompetence of the reps on the phone is appalling ! No one knew why I was over charged and from each “supervisor “ I spoke too they gave me a different story of why I was overcharged and each gave me a different story of how the refund was coming to my account . I asked for a full refund which they refused even they’ve made countless errors on my account and for the actual service of pest control. Horrible company. I wouldn’t even give them a star but you have to in order to post a review.

Don’t use this guys they came to my house sprayed 3 time and still see things in the house and next time when they came they charge me for mistakes they do so not good to use

Anytime you see things after treatment, we want to know about it so that we can get out there free of charge as a part of our "Satisfaction guarantee". It is normal early on in the treatment process for us to have to do some extra work. During the spring and summer as the temperatures start rising, everything starts coming out and reproducing. When this happens it can take some extra work, but these treatments are always free. If we are unable to gain control using our methods, we are even willing to give you a refund for your service through our "Moneyback Guarantee". Don't waste your money on these people. After an entire year of paying them money, I still have ants and roaches in my home. The techs are lazy and refuse to properly treat the home. Their answer to all my complaints was to give me more ant bait traps. I could buy traps at Walmart and save a lot of money if that's all I needed, but they don't work and Bulwark could care less.

Sometimes we need to get out there more frequently for extra work, but we are not afraid of this extra work and these treatments are always free. This is especially common during the summer months as everything is coming out and reproducing. We are confident in our treatments and if we are unable to gain control using our methods, we will gladly issue a refund. We should never be coming off as lazy or unwilling to treat.
