Arrow Exterminators

My first impression so far is a really good one!! I reached out to Arrow online initially inquiring about a quote. Selena was my first contact. She immediately called me and gathered more information and was able to quickly schedule my pest control service date the same week. On the same day of service I had an Home Evaluator (Cecil Rhine) and Service Professional (Nelson Damis) arrive at my home. Both called me in advance advising they were in route and both arrived and greeted me with smiling

Nelson is always so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Arrow is lucky to have him on their team and we’re lucky that he is our technician. We’ve had him for years now! He’s always very respectful of our home, gives our pup some pets and gets the work done. Super easy peasy. I also love that he gives us a call to let us know he’s on the way.

Jason Brown did a great job communicating with me. He let me know when he was coming and then called prior to arrival. He explained what he was doing on site. When i explained we had a mouse the week before he provided additional glue traps and extra inspection in suspect area. Great job.
