Without a doubt, the best customer service I've received in a long time. I can not say enough about our technician Eric, he was the most kind, helpful and compassionate person I have ever meet. All this, before I tell you about the quality of the pest control provided by David M Parker Exterminating.

I love that this is a locally owned and operated business but over the last year and a half, this company has no called, no showed to scheduled appointments with us multiple times. We work around our own work schedules to be home for a once a month appointment. When I call to see where the technician is, I get "someone didn't show today" or "we had a tech quit last minute." While those are totally acceptable and valid reasons, this business fails to communicate with their customers and seemingly has zero care if they lose clients due to their lack of accountability.

Tyler is our ‘go to’ guy. Once he finishes there are no bugs in our house! The support staff is excellent, also. No waiting on the phone. Eric is the bore bee expert. Highly recommended.

I just had my termite inspection done this week and the young man that came was very professiinal and took his time to really look at each item on the check list .I so much appreciate this company for their outstanding professional service and friendly staff .

Parker Exterminating has serviced our home for the last 7 years and most of that time, James has been our technician. I cannot say enough about James's professionalism, courtesy and reliability. While many places give you a 2 hr time block, James is consistently on-time (at the beginning of the time block) and always gives us a heads up when he is about to arrive. Small things like that make the world of difference to us. While the services themselves are great, if for some reason there were any issues with pests in between quarterly visits, Parker Exterminating will come right out and service it again no questions asked. James is a trusted individual at our house and we appreciate his services.
