I called ClearDefense Pest Control after seeing them in a search for pest control near me. The technician arrived on time, was very professional and worked efficiently. I appreciated how clean and respectful they were in my home, and the whole process was reliable from start to finish. The prompt service gave me peace of mind and I am confident they will keep my home pest free. I look forward to using their pest control again when I need it. Raymond is the best!!!

Tee with ClearDefense Pest Control was incredibly efficient – He arrived exactly on time,text prior to arrival, was professional, extremely courteous and got the job done fast. Their reliability and punctuality gave me peace of mind, and the results were obvious: no more pests crawling around. If happiness had a location on Google Maps, it would be here. Ryan did a great job treating for bees. Even though there's not much that can be done without locating a nest he still treated my hedges for them anyway. He even drew my attention to an open spot in the siding where things could potentially get into the attic space. Thanks Ryan!

Ryan came out today for my quarterly service and was great as always! I had a question about some bees/wasps that he helped me with. Also educated me on pest control regarding my new lawn service company.

My tech Martiques did a great job. was very thorough and professional, very careful during the outside sweep, and a good communicator. I recommend this company for pest control, and their techs are great. They respond to any communication regarding your appointment and let you know when they are on the way to your home. Can’t go wrong with this company. They have always had great service with great staff. A great local company that I have worked with for several years now and they have ALWAYS shown up on time, did a good job at a good price, and left the property in better condition than it was. Skipper came out and did a great job for us and even took the time to teach me about services they offered that we were entitled to and had not been using. Thank you for your knowledge and time Skip! The Clear Defense Technician was courteous and very thorough. He spent ample time to thoroughly protect the outside and inside of my home. This is the second time Tee treated my home and I hope I get him again. He is very personable and likes his work.

Ryan and Cam were well ahead of the scheduled time and were professional and prompt to answer any questions.

Technician (Jon S.) from ClearDefense Pest Control adjusted appointment time to fit a change in my schedule. Showed up promptly and did his job efficiently

Overall the service is great, however, today we were scheduled to have an appointment between 12-12:30, the technician said he would arrive around 12:15, my husband had our front door open and sees the truck drive up and then immediately leave. 10 minutes goes by and he hasn’t returned or called or text to say if there was an issue. My husband tried calling him and he didn’t respond so he finally got in touch with someone at the main office and she said that apparently our technician saw a sign that said “no parking on street,” and just left. I understand if you’re in a new neighborhood it might be confusing, but, get out and ask us what to do or if it’s ok since it’s a utility vehicle. The fact that he just drove off and didn’t inform us at all of what was going on is so crazy to me. We also had to rearrange our schedules to be home for this appointment.

Absolutely terrible company Where do I start? How about they came to my house in my neighborhood even though at the entrance it says NO SOLICTING, but they came anyways but I signed up anyways. They were supposed to come at 2pm on a Monday mind you my wife works from home so she cleared her calendar only for them to show up at 3:45 with not informing us they would be late. When they showed up my wife told them that it wasn't a good time. So, they called me to reschedule, and I told them that Mondays and Tuesdays will not work being that my wife works from home and has a lot of meetings those days. So, the following next week comes and what happens they show up on a Monday unannounced which upsets me and the tech says that we had an appointment when I told the office that those days wouldn't work. Meanwhile, I have called them once a week for the last 3 weeks only to get a voicemail and not a signal call back from them. Absolutely terrible customer service the fact that can't even call me back is uncalled for. When this gets reviewed and read whoever reads these can get ahold of me because I'm canceling this. I haven't even had any work done yet at my house yet I'm paying for it. This review doesn't even deserve one star.

This is now the second time this year ClearDefense has not come to our house for the quarterly appointment yet we received notification they completed our service. The company will not return our calls, but will continue to bill for these services. We have been customers since 2023 and notice how increasingly bad the technicians and customer service has been this year.

Appointment was at 4. Received a call that they will be here at 5. They showed up at 4. I had to rush to get my dog crated. Other than that Brandon was great however he didn't tell me how long to leave my dog created for. Update: We had Jonathan Hoskins and he was wonderful and very polite, 5 stars for him!!

I gave this company 5 stars and now I’m changing my review. I have contacted the front office a few times and was told by some woman at the front desk she was unsure on how to answer the question I had and she would reach out to a manager and have them call me. I still haven’t received a call. I’m ready to cancel my services and just look for something else.

We have been dealing with this company for the last year. When they first approached us, they convinced us it was safe for my dog and for the environment. They said the first service they would spray the walls inside and out-they didn't. Then, they did not keep with any kind of schedule. We would sit here all day waiting for them to show up and they either wouldn't or it would be outside the time window that they gave. I asked to be contacted to schedule and was assured this would happen but this fell through on multiple occasions. Everytime was a different tech even though I was told the same guy/gal would be our service tech. Two techs called before hand out of multiple people. They've only sprayed the inside maybe 3 times out of our whole year we have been with them. I talked to a manager and he said he would come out at 3 to check out the situation and then told his tech last minute to come, he called closer to 4 to say he was on his way and the manager never showed. To say it has been a hassle dealing with this company is a major understatement. We won't be back and hopefully this helps you stay clear and not with clear defense.

Manager was supposed to call back with a schedule date on when to come out, I called near 9 o clock a.m. and now its 3:05 p.m. and no call. Also, no email was sent to me about the service. Seems to me it's phony business.

I hate to complain, but I find it VERY interesting others have had a great experience and I didn't. I feel that my experience was very very very unprofessional, unethical, unfair, and I feel as though I was scammed with the lies that were told to me about their guarantees. NO GUARANTEES!!! ALL LIES is what I experienced!!! I truly wish I could have been one of the other customers who had a GREAT experience, I really thought this company was a trustworthy company who stood behind their word and services. Note to ALL, watch the technician and make sure he is doing EXACTLY what he says he is doing so you know that he truly completed his job with integrity!! To ALL be blessed! However, I do wish this company the best! I will NEVER EVER use them again OR referral ANYONE to them!!! May GOD bless them ALL!!!
