I always tell them to Email me before they just randomly show up and they dont. Very inconvenient and aggravating. And my Renters say that they only have issues with pest AFTER they show up. Price went up and quality went down apparently.

I originally went with this business so I could have all the services in the same company, and the sales representative was awesome and respectful and knowledgeable.The first technician that was sent out told my husband they don't take care of wasps nests, which I was told they do and he didn't clear away spider webs around the deck, which I was also told they do. The biggest problem I have now is the business can not seem to communicate with in its self about billing. I paid for the year and I keep getting invoices and calls every week stating I owe something. I'm currently looking for a different company.

Very professional ask all the right question for me. He really explained all the things that I did not understand I would call him back any day. So polite , very patient and last remark he deserves a pay raise you can tell that he loves his job. Stay Blessed 🙏

I would recommend this company as it is easy to make an appointment as well as the technician, Ben, always does a great job! In addition, they are always willing to come back if I see a problem In between service.

Ben is the best!! He is very thorough and listens to the customer. From massive amounts of wasps nests all around the building to making sure we don't have bugs in our mailboxes! He is a hard working guy that definitely needs a raise or a bonus to say the least! Be like Ben!

I AM TAKEN by the QUALITY of service provided by the technicians Justin Williams. He was EXTREMELY thorough in his inside services. He explained to me my issues with pest in detail. This is my third pest control company that I try. What Justin did, no one else has ever done it. He looked for places where the roaches are nesting and went after them. He used a vacuum to clean the amount of dead roaches from their hiding spots. He was incredible. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

This company used to have 5 stars from me, the last 3 appointments I’ve had no call, no show on 2, which needed to be rescheduled, and today yet again, 1 hour 45 minutes past where someone was supposed to be here and not even the courtesy of a phone call. I left a message over an hour ago, no call back. Probably will be Searching for another pest control company.

Apparently, they hire erratic drivers that ride in the middle of the road and almost cause wrecks. This driver was trying to block one of the lanes in a two lane highway. This is on Jefferson Davis Hwy, where they are doing road construction.

Price was reasonable $105 but the reason why I gave three star is because they don't do outside your home. Receptionist was not knowable at all about insects and was a little rude. So I didnt take the service. I ended up going with another company.

I've been trying to get help for weeks now but no help at all. I'm changing my services to another company.

I've waited over a month for services from bug house after signing the document they requested that I sign. I've yet to recieve any word from them nor have I recieved any services. Poorly managed if you can't even respond to prospective customers but I guess that's just how this business is run. I will not be doing business with this establishment any longer so please don't contact me in an attempt to "fix" this. I will also be sure to recommend that people stay away from such a poorly ran place. Attached is the useless agreement from October 16th. Thank you for nothing.
