Has not returned my phone calls for service that I have already paid for.

After someone came out to spray for a pretty severe ant issue, it increasingly got worse. After reaching out to the company my calls were unanswered and voicemails unreturned. The given bait seems to not be working and now red ants are coming in, right along side the other ants… this is taking place in my children’s playroom nonetheless. Update: Mike, the owner, promptly responded to my review with care and concern for my situation with the initial effort to treat my home. It’s been about a little over a month and I am pleased with the results (which are still producing great results) from the second round! Thank you so much Mike for going above and beyond to help my daughters and I! I appreciate your service and am glad to have maintained my quarterly contract with Nature Safe.

Booking online and receiving multiple confirmations from Nature Safe Solutions doesn't actually confirm anything. It's up to the customer to manage and provide confirmation of the confirmation. I received cancelation 30 minutes before the confirmed booking.

This company is amazing and very responsive. I found them online and I got a response within minutes. Mike was able to put me on their schedule and really helped reassure the problem would be handled. I would recommend this company 100%!

Hired them several months ago to spray my house inside and out for bugs. When their tech showed up, they spent less than five minutes spraying the inside and outside of my house. A few days later I began to see bugs inside and out so I contacted them and they sent out the tech again. To my surprise it was another quick in and out treatment, that was ultimately ineffective. After trying to contact them again several times I finally was able to get a hold of the owner and requested a refund, months later after, after being told I would get a check in the mail for my refund, I’m still waiting on it. I ended up hiring another company that came and did the job right, they were at my home for at least an hour for less than what I paid this company. Not sure how they do business like this

Very affordable, green pest solution. Came quarterly and never had any issues with the service. Would recommend!

Mike and his team are excellent! We can always count on them to take care of any issues we are having in between the quarterly service. Everyone is usually just a text or call away. We’ve had the big pest control services before and they’re expensive and lock you into contracts with no real benefits. Very happy with our choice!

Very friendly and professional! Really love the fact that their product is safer (we have two cats) than most of the competition out there. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
